The course was good and ran smoothly. My tutor was helpful, supportive, and always available when I needed guidance. The support services were also very helpful and provided useful information whenever I needed assistance. This is my first course. The enrolment process was easy and so was the induction. Follow up calls too. Also I postponed the course to start in September. This was arranged and calls and emails informed me for the beginning of the course this week .
