Good communication, via both email and telephone. The workbooks look to be well set out and clear.
The material would be improved if it included some example questions and model answers.

Would recommend
I enrolled in the Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health course. I found it is very useful for me in my daily life. My tutor is very helpful; she helped and explained to me when I had questions with my course work. Staff on Myfreecourse were friendly and helpful. They call you and ask if you need help. I would recommend Myfreecourse to anyone who would love to learn more.

Mental Health
The course was very clear, concise and easy to follow.
My main concern was that, although I knew there were 5 modules to complete, they were all different, in regard to the amount of time needed on each.
Also, there may be 50 slides mentioned with one module, it did not take into account all the extra links within it/ extra reading.
I did not keep a track of the hours I spent on the course but feel it was double what was stated when signing up.

It's an online course
It's an online course, and I was able to access the course anytime, and that was usually in the middle of the night. It was not as easy as some might think.
Overall, I am happy with the course, and it really helped me to build my knowledge up.
