The booking call was excellent. Very polite and helpful. At the cite it was great but during collection I was a little unnerved by two staff members having an exchange in front of customers. That was a real downer. Perhaps the senior staff can wait to question the junior staff after customers leave so that the junior staff doesn't feel the need to defend himself in front of customers. Otherwise, the service was great.

All aspects, technical guidance, staff pleasant and fitment done on time. a job done well.

The staff at MyCar Point Cook were friendly and organised, arrived to drop off my asked how I was and if I had a booking, I told them my booking and presented my keys, they asked if I was in a rush, and was not and told me it would be done by midday, upon arrival they said everything was smooth, reminded me I have tyre replacement options for any issues under warranty and gave me my keys and walked me to my car.

Service was quick. Reception staff could be more social. The guy who I spoke to appeared to be rude, not saying he spoke rudely though.

Booked my car in for a wheel alignment. Having recently bought the car, didn't expect anything wrong, however the guys at MyCar Point Cook called me and told me they'd found a small, but significant safety issue with the tyres that made the car unroadworthy! Scary stuff! Had that tyre blown out, things could have turned out pretty nasty. Thanks to MyCar Point Cook, I took the car straight to the dealership for an immediate tyre replacement (and some stern words with their roadworthy guys!). I can't thank MyCar Point Cook enough - they saved what could have been a pretty disastrous situation with their expertise and knowledge.

Great advice on what the service covered. Saved me considerable money by suggesting a standard service rather than a log book service. Polite, and efficient booking and staff service too.

I went there to fix a punctured tyre, service was good but the team didnt received my questions welcomely when I asked them to show what's done. its every customer right to know and understand the service been done and services team shouldnt get annoyed in answering simple ques!

The team at Point Cook are awesome. Helpful and friendly, with really fast service.

Amazing service. I wanted to know about an oil leak and was nicely explained, that being a diesel car, I should be expecting some leakages. Also was straightforward in terms of any works other than servicing to be done, to which I declined as had planned them myself.

I had a service and my car was quick done. They give you free road assistance when you service your car, great offer 👍

The manager understood what I wanted for my vehicle, I was able to book it in for the day I was after, I was kept informed on when it would be completed. The job was done for the quoted price, the paperwork was detailed, and we had a chat afterwards. Overall, terrific
