My car was service 26/10/24. However, the car was used a few times today only to find there was something burnt coming from the engine. Upon checking at home, we found the oil spilling all over the engine as the oil cap was not placed back on after service. Luckily the car did not explode.

Friendly, efficient and accomodating to my work schedule, thank you

got the service done, however the alignment was not done properly as the vehicle kept on pulling to one side, I realised that they did not pumped the tyres of the car properly after the service. Also the windscreen liquid was not topped up so it was bothersome to have to get this done whilst camping away.
Unfortunately I wont come back here.

I recently went in for a log book service. Overall experience was all positive and will definitely be coming back in the near future due to convenience and swift handling of service. The team at MyCar Marsden surely know their stuff.

They are yet to get back to me with a quote regarding the rocket cover for my rav 4, I wanted to have it done on the day of the service but they told me their supplier never got back to them with a quote. He said as soon as they get one they will get back to me, is been a week and they are yet to get back to me. My car is leaking a bit of oil and the longer we leave it the more expensive the job will be so yeah not very happy as I always pay extra to have the logbook service

I had some extra repairs needed to go along with a logbook service, they let me know during the day and were able to get it sorted within the day for me to get back on the road. Quick and simple.

When I booked there I already told them I already check RWC and fail so I just need fix and I already got quote

But when I arrived they just prepared RWC and didn’t prepare any parts tyre

So I need to wait 7 hours because they didn’t have tyre stocks

And they did rear light polish but looks not good the same before and I still paid 150 dollars

After I asked them can you clean more ??

Even they didn’t check my car and told me we can not clean anymore

I provided with my booking the error code my car had for the misfire on cylinder 2. When I was at the shop the mechanic said immediately (after I reminded him of the code in the notes) that he would replace the coils and plugs for $400. I asked if he could look at the car first and find the issue and then call me so I could tell him I was happy for him to fix the actual issue. I waited 2.5 hours even though he marked off only 90 minutes of labour. He did not call me and in his notes he wrote that he found the error code that I had provided and wrote that he would recommend to replace the coils and plugs ‘to start’. He did not check where the issue was coming from. I then had another mechanic look at the car who found that the issue was the rocker cover gasket leaking. I then asked the other mechanic at Marsden Mechanical to replace the coils, leads, plugs and rocker cover gasket which they did for a total of $500. If I had stuck with the mycar mechanic he would’ve changed parts and the issue would have remained and I would have had to return with further issues. Do not recommend.

Was worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in on short notice after i got a nail in my tyre but the were so efficient and helpful. i appreciate the service and would happily go back to them

Gentleman was not very communicative. When asked for details of the work done, I was told I will receive it in my email and I should wait for that. I requested additional work on my brakes as I know they need replacing but received no follow up call or mention on pick up. The gentleman was very much in a rush to have me out of the building.
I received a log book service, 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment, yet the vehicle does not feel as though the alignment has been done as the vehicle will pull to the left or right from time to time. I am unsatisfied for the first time using My car. I generally have a better experience with my vehicles.
