It was difficult to book but overall the service was excellent
It was difficult to book. For some reason I couldn’t connect through the Sydney phone number. I finally got through to an operator on 13 number. I would have preferred a booking at my local Wyoming workshop but they didn’t have sufficient. I did get a next day booking at Erina where I had been previously.
The experience at the Erina workshop was EXCELLENT. I was given a completion time which was met. The pick up and explanation of tyre replacement and warranty conditions and complimentary after service were well explained.

Always happy to fit you in if you are in need
Had an issue and needed to get it checked out asap, the guys at mycar erina fit me in even though it was super late. Few minutes in and they found the issue, offered to order the part and get it fixed within the hour just before they closed up shop. Left with my issue sorted and no worries.

Mycar stands by its guarantee
I had a service done on my 2013 Kluger at Mycar Erina. Following the service, there was a mechanical problem, resulting in the car being towed back to the mechanic. The problem was very easy to overlook during the service, but lead to some inconvenience. In the ensuing communications, the staff were very professional and prompt in handling the issue. The car was repaired and I felt well respected.
