My booking supposed to be 1pm to 3:15pm, nothing was said when I dropped my car off, I went to the store near there to kill time while the service was done, got there back 3pm and surprisingly my car wasnt even touched to start and it was in the queue to be done and when I questioned this the frontdesk attendant said they were busy and his team just came back from lunch, basically this service was done in a hurry the light that I request to be replaced not done, the coolat not done, tyres not checked and ...
Considering as my first experience I am disappointed.

Easy to make a booking.value for money basic service.professional advice on ant other things requiring attention.

They were super busy and I didn't receive a hello or much customer service at drop off or pick up. The mechanic didn't seem to know I had already booked online, he shrugged when I said I had an appointment scheduled. He was nice enough over the phone when I was called to pick up the car. However, I don't want to spend $800 on a car service and feel like an inconvenience.

Very hard to get in touch with office to arrange for my tyre to be fixed. Seemed very frantic and took a lot longer than we anticipated. Tyre was good though once we got it.
