Odd to use
It's nothing like smoking a vape. I'm okay with there not being vapor or anything but actually trying to use the device and take in air through it was difficult and odd. It was like a party blower but the other way around.

I had a problem with my order, and they responded right away (on a Friday) and shipped me replacement items. I got the zero, and so far it has been very helpful at satiating the oral fixation, which I find is the hardest part of quitting long term.

I bought from outside the US. After almost a month they just told me that I have to go to Customs to retrieve it. I have no idea where or how to do that. Why would I? They should warn that you need to know how to retrieve things from Customs. They specifically ask for your address, to send it there, not a custom office address from which you have to retrieve it. Absurd.

Capnos bre z - great piece of kit
As I live in the United Kingdom I was surprised how quickly I received my capnos bre z. The product itself is fantastic I was aware there would be no nicotine or vape clouds and I was not expecting to much due to some mixed reviews but it does an amazing job at mimicking the hand to mouth habit I have built up over 11 years of vaping. When you inhale you get a pleasant blast of clean fresh air with a touch of flavor having already reduced my nicotine from 12mg to almost zero it was the hand to mouth habit I was struggling with I don't struggle anymore it's a great product.

I ordered the gift pack because I was hoping it would help me quit
I preserved the gift pack because I wanted to try the zero and the ez before I purchased one. I was hopeful that after reading reviews this would be a great tool to quit. Received the items ordered promptly and does give you the hand fixation of holding something but you have to inhale so hard to get them to pop. Unfortunately does not mimic pulling on a real vape.

Good product but overpriced
I just bought the Legura. It's not that hard to pull like some people are saying, and I will have to get used to not blowing out any smoke, but so far it seems like a decent product. I recommend chewing some nicotine gum to curb your nicotine cravings. I also wish their flavor was a bit stronger. Overall, I do recommend buying if you're 100% certain about quitting, although I do feel that it is a bit overpriced for just sucking in flavored air.

Great Customer Service
husband and I done a lot of research upfront and finally committed to the investment. Package arrived quickly and very well packaged. Assembly was easy with the packaged instructions. We bought the bundle with one of each vape styles since we like a different hit. My husband is more a throat hit and I am more a mouth to lung so we figured the bundle would offer us both what we need and save a few bucks compared to buying each one separate. We were not able to get the Legura working and contacted customer support via email and they were very responsive and worked to find a good solution for us. While sometimes products don't work or work differently for others, the customer support really pulled through to create a good experience.

Disappointed and a waste of money
I just received my Capnos Legura. After smoking cigarettes for 30 years, I started vaping Nic salts for about a year now. I started vaping 5 mg Nic salts and am currently down to 1.2 mg. My next step was to try something with no nicotine so I purchased the Capnos which I thought would give me some level of a throat hit. I am highly disappointed after spending $75 for the kit. I have followed the instructions and watches multiple videos to make sure I was using it correctly and I feel that this was a total waste of money. I do taste some flavoring but otherwise I feel like I’m just inhaling air. Not the slightest bit of a throat hit like I was expecting.

Very bad UK buying experience
I’m sharing this as a UK customer so others can make an informed decision before ordering from CAPNOS.
I placed an order to be delivered to my UK address. Because timing mattered, I contacted CAPNOS before dispatch to clarify the delivery timeframe and the possibility of expedited shipping. From there, what should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a long back-and-forth.
Across roughly ten days, the issue became a 30-message email thread. The parcel was eventually marked as delivered, but it had not been delivered to my address. I was asked to check with household members, neighbours, building areas, and possible safe places, which I did. The tracking available to me did not show clear proof that the parcel had actually been delivered to me.
What was most frustrating was not just the delivery failure itself. Courier issues can happen. The bigger problem was how the issue was handled afterwards. Instead of CAPNOS taking ownership of the situation with the carrier, I repeatedly felt the burden was pushed back onto me.
I had to check the tracking, explain what information was missing, ask them to escalate the issue with the carrier, follow up again after waiting for updates, and point out that the parcel appeared to have been routed to a carrier collection point rather than delivered to my address. In practice, I felt like I was doing much of the investigation myself.
Their replies were polite, but the attitude felt procedural rather than genuinely proactive. They repeatedly acknowledged the inconvenience, but the practical responsibility for chasing, checking, explaining, and resolving the issue still seemed to sit with me. By the time CAPNOS offered a reshipment or refund and waived the outstanding expedited shipping invoice, I had already spent days following up and trying to resolve a problem that I had not caused.
I ultimately collected the parcel myself from the carrier collection point, even though that was not the delivery address I provided and not a location I had chosen or authorised.
For UK customers, this is the main point: if everything goes smoothly, you may be fine. But if there are any problems, my experience suggests you may need to do a lot of the work yourself to get them resolved.
If you are ordering from the UK and do not have time for repeated follow-ups, carrier tracking, escalation requests, and potentially collecting a parcel from a location you did not choose, I would be cautious about ordering.
Based on my experience, CAPNOS’ UK delivery and issue-resolution process is not something I would personally rely on.
