Honestly I haven’t even gotten the product yet and have to give it one star. I ordered $50 worth of product- 14 days ago. The “standard shipping” was to be 5-7 days. No type of update, and when it was supposedly in transit, it never came. The lack of communication and clarity when it comes to this is actually insane. I really don’t even want it anymore, should have gone with a different company.

Placed an order a week ago and have received no updates re shipping. Have tried reaching out to CAPNOS via email and have received no reply after several days. Paid A$39 for shipping. Have no idea what is going on but suspect that this is not a serious company.

I had a Legura delivered today. For something that is meant to be their flagship product, the manufacturing quaility is diabolical. Factor that in with the utterly flavourless cores and its been a complete waste of money that took nearly a month to arrive.

glad i gave it a shot. i hit capnos all day as i work remote and seriously feels good, not exactly like a vape but good enough to help me cut down. i think capnos is for a very niche profile of vapers so do know what you're buying before purchasing.

Awful. Better to smoke air through a straw. Flavors… no… I don’t know what flavor that is I got all of them. There is a shudder when you inhale. I don’t take huge draws or hits so it was very difficult to inhale. Do NOT waste your money. 30 day refund…. It takes them 20 days to respond. Lesson lesrned. Waste of money. Buy a bunch of straws instead

Ive been smoking for years and vaping on many different devices, I don't know what the people at capnos have been sucking on but f me the zero is far too tight, to make it pop you literally have to give it all you got, I would not bother getting one if I was you, you'd be better of sucking air from one of those really small cocktail straws. Terrible product very over priced

My item is not working and no one gets back with me from support.

For someone who is looking to replace that throat hit from a missing a bong…it’s a decent replacement.

My husband loves CAPNOS Legura, especially the Pepbacco flavor! It has helped him quit smoking, and I’m so grateful for the difference it has made in his life. Thank you for creating something that means so much to my family. I 100% recommend this product. Their customer service is awesome as well!

CAPNOS and their customer service team are amazing. The product was packaged with care and it was a seamless delivery. While the product didn't completely serve me the way I hoped, my experience with CAPNOS was positive throughout the entire process. I'd recommend anyone who wants to give up inhaling toxins to CAPNOS--they really have values you can trust, whether it works for you or not!

The product we bought is ridiculously too tough to use, and we've been trying to contact support for weeks with only 1 generic response after our 8 attempts to contacts them, describing the problem in each request. They only asked us to again explain the problem. We did and have had no response in the last 4 days. We want a refund for their worthless product. Product and customer service are terrible.

In my view there are other products out there which are better, you get an annoying pop when using the device, throat hit is pretty non existent and it just tastes like you are breathing in plastic of which the product is made, I purchased the cheapest easy puff one, the more expensive ones may be ok but for me it now sits in my cupboard

So the ordering process was simple however it was almost a week before I received any type of notification that the order was on its way. It was marked as having arrived when it wasn’t but that was most likely a USPS problem. My order arrived the very next day. I’ve had the products now for a few days, and I am impressed by the pop and the airflow. Of course, I will forewarn anyone who tries this to understand that it takes some getting used to in order to get the devices to actually have airflow. Especially the Legura. The BreZ is great and air flows every time without having to try hard. And I would suggest that anyone giving these devices a try really lower their expectations to an extremely low level as far as the flavor is concerned. It is extremely subtle to the point of being almost nonexistent. I can kind of smell a scent maybe get a flavor hint of a scent, but as far as actually having any kind of flavored air thing happening. Don’t expect that. I’m not finding these have that at all. Personally, I feel as if the wicks were so dry and really had a very little scent or flavor at all. I’m not sure how long they’re kept before they’re shipped, how old they are or anything like that. I would not be surprised to find out that these are sitting on a shelf for far too long before they’re sent to a customer, I would be really curious to experience what it would be like to use a freshly scented wick. Where exactly can we buy the liquid and fill the wicks ourselves anyway?? I couldn’t find flavors of liquid on their site. Overall, I am not blown away or all that impressed to be honest. I also wouldn’t go so far to say I regret the purchase. I can confidently say I will most likely use the devices to use up wicks shipped with the devices, however, I am not optimistic about buying more wicks that are pre-flavored. I don’t find them worth the money at all. I would be interested in purchasing the liquid in order to add the liquid myself to the wicks and hope that’s better flavor. I would hope that would make the flavor in the air more pronounced and worth all of this. But I won’t know unless there’s a liquid to try.

The shipment is stuck in German customs (it's nobody's fault) and when I reached out to Capnos Support, they refunded all my money including shipping cost. I can't really review the product (unfortunately), but their customer service is great!

I have Capnos Laqura and it's an interesting product. It depends on your mindset and why you want to use it. I combine it with nicotine gum and hit it whenever I'm bored and want a cigarette. It creates a very satisfying sound. Even though I initially expected to do a light direct-to-lung draw and was disappointed that you can only do mouth-to-lung, I still grew to love it. It's designed nicely and practically, but as a designer, I definitely see room for improvement and progress.
But still i like it, its good product.

Despite me not liking the product the customer service team provided a great solution I was happy with.
