First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. We are happy to email the plans over to you or print them for you so you can show them to your family and friends. And best of all… All design all comes FREE with No Obligation Whatsoever.

Bathroom Conversion
I cannot recommend enough the services I received from ‘My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom’. My bathroom was in a sorry state and unsuitable for my needs with limited mobility. Natalie did an amazing job of designing something that was perfectly suited for me. I needed an easy access shower that would require minimal maintenance. What was put forward was perfect for me and has given me my independence back.
I also can’t recommend highly enough the fitter Steven. He was excellent. Kept me informed all the way and dealt with unexpected problems hidden under the floorboards. The previous owner had left an array of pipes that were supposed to provide underfloor heating but only provided underfloor leaks.
Steven went above and beyond expectations and left the area spotless. This work will have a huge impact on my life and I can’t thank the team enough for what they have done.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom ! The fitting team Paul, Steven, David and Daniel were first class from start to finish. Very professional, clean and tidy whilst working and each one clearly knew their trade well. Can't praise them all high enough and all are are definite asset to My beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom. Appreciated the follow up phone call from office to ensure we were happy with everything when completed . I found the company on Instagram and they looked professional with good reviews; my ensuite renewal was handled very well from the initial time at the Edinburgh showroom, the home survey, the detailed quotation and finally the installation; all very clear on the process and the installation was all done in the time scheduled; very happy with the final product and dealing with everyone at My Beautiful Bathroom.

After a few communication hiccups everything went according to plan. Really pleased with our bathroom when completed. The fitters and tiler were very professional and tidy. The old bathroom materials were removed quickly and a good job was done by everyone.

Everything from the planning to installation was great. Jake the designer was very patient as we made our decisions & Kevin our fitter worked really hard & came up with ideas to make sure our bathroom was better than we could have hoped for.

Horrendous workmanship
I did not get a beautiful bathroom in November 2024, in fact it has now been completely replaced. The faults were 1, live redundant in suspended ceiling, 2. towel rail connection behind tile live, should have been above ceiling height, was also faulty 3, tiles spotted on with minimal adhesive, in some cases silicon was used 4, wet tray former was screwed down and no waterproofing tapes or gaps not even a silicone joint at the tray area, sub floor wet at joints below screen. No apologies or any compensation. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY
Having read your one sided reply, can I just point out the issues I raised in my review are new issues that the current installers were horrified to find that your sub contractors left. Apparently we were told you verify your sub contractors obviously ours slipped through the net!! In relation to an apology it was hidden at the end of an email and there definitely was no mention of any reduction in price. The only obstacle as you put it was that we didn't want the tiler back to fix his work as why would anyone want someone back who was unable to do the job right in the first place.

We are sorry you are not happy with your installation and that you have felt you had to leave this one sided review regarding the installation of your bathroom project.
As a company, we feel we did everything to rectify the situation, but you refused and put many obstacles in to prevent a resolution.
When you initially contacted us regarding your concerns about your installation on 18th November last year, a manager from My Beautiful Bathroom attended your home along with with the installer within a few days and offered to rectify the issues and put this proposal in writing.
As a company we would prefer to work with our customers should any issues arise and rectify any issues, regardless if it is product or installation related in a timely manner.
We are unsure as to why you feel it is fair to comment on this site "Do not use this company", when all we have done since you flagged your installation concerns, was try to work with you and the installer to rectify the installation issues.
We can confirm we apologised both verbally and in writing and the installer offered to reduce his bill as compensation.
You refused our offer to help and refused to pay the installation balance.
With this in mind, we are really unsure of what else we could have done.

Love my new Shower Room
My shower room was fitted last week and I love it. It's exactly as I was hoping for. The fittings and tiles are perfect. Paul and Stevie and the tilers were great, so efficient and cleared up after them. Paul helped me loads choosing things I hadn't even thought of and also made sure everything was exactly as ordered. All work was completed fully Monday to Friday as promised. I would highly recommend My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom.

Absolutely 10/10 experience…
I had an absolutely 10/10 experience with My Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms this month.
I didn't have a clue where to start getting my bathroom renovated but the staff at the Glasgow showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable and guided me through the design and install processes from start to finish.
The fitting team were all brilliant, it was lovely having them. They arrived exactly when they said, were really friendly, organised and professional and the bathroom has been finished to the absolute highest standard - it's stunning and feels more like a spa now!
I couldn't recommend My Beautiful Kitchens & Bathrooms highly enough especially after getting quoted for similar work at a way higher cost.

Poor customer service from MBB
This feedback relates to the customer service provided by My Beautiful Bathroom (MBB).
I had a complete bathroom renovation (en-suite size) in a small flat and cost was around £6,500. This was not the cheapest quote but I was initially impressed by the glitzy showroom in Stirling and the pre installation work seemed to go well. I was a bit concerned about having to pay up front for all the goods as I knew that meant I would lose any leverage if anything went wrong. However, I put my trust in the company and their statement that “Everything is included in your quote….. You can just sit back and relax”.
The work was expect to take 5 days and I planned for the disruption. Unfortunately there were issues with damaged goods and it took 3 weeks before the work was completed. 3 items were damaged when they arrived at the flat – toilet pan, electric radiator and bathroom cabinet. It took 6 days to get replacements and when they arrived the fancy expensive cabinet was also damaged. It did in fact take 4 attempts to get a cabinet that was not damaged.
The preferred communication from MBB seemed to be Texts which initially seemed ok. However it was clear when things started to go wrong that this was insufficient and some of their messages seemed to be automated. For example, 2 days after the installer requested the 3 new parts I got a text saying they hoped it was all going well and they would contact me next week once I’d a chance to use the new bathroom. I replied that there were 3 damaged items and we were waiting for replacements. The next few texts all mentioned my completed bathroom and I was getting frustrated and stressed out with the project. A week later the installer finally received the 3 replacement parts but the new cabinet was also damaged. I phoned MBB on 12/5 and was told the Operations manager would phone me back but this did not happen.
I emailed MBB 13/5 and finally got help from a lady in Customer Services and from that point (2 weeks into the project) things started to improve (thank you Natalie as your help made a massive difference). On 21st May in my final email to Natalie I requested that she pass the details of the project to the Customer Services manager and Operations manager as I wanted their response to all the issues and lack of help. She stated on 21st May that “I have passed your email on to management and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.”.
It is now 18th June and there has been no response from MBB. I guess that you learn by experience.
When I look at reviews one of the responses from MBB was “As we are a small family business we do not offer compensation. If any issues arise we deal with them and rectify any outstanding issues immediately”. My experience was that MBB were very slow to react and failed to respond quickly to the installer and to me.
TIP – be wary if a company wants the money up front. You remove any leverage.
TIP – make sure you have clear contact details and contact names in preparation of things going wrong.
TIP – check online feedback as a lot of it is from genuine customers and look for how a company handles things when they go wrong (even if the issues are out of their control like faulty goods).
Finally, I want to emphasise that the installer (who is independent from MBB) was very good and I would give him 5 stars. He incurred additional costs due to broken goods and he never passed those costs onto me. MBB should compensate him but my understanding is that they "don't pay compensation"

First Class Company!
I cannot praise and recommend this company highly enough. From the planning stage of my bathroom to the installation, everyone I have dealt with has been professional, helpful, considerate and friendly. The layout of my bathroom was quite tricky to work with but this did not put them off and they came up with a creative and fantastic solution! The installation is perfect and clearly Ryan and his team take great pride in the quality of their work. Everything happened when it was supposed to and they even managed to finish a day before schedule meaning everything was done, dusted and cleared up in 5 days!
Due to ongoing mobility issues, I could barely use my old bathroom but my new one is accessible, easy to clean and maintain and has made a huge difference to my quality of life. Many, many thanks again to all involved.
