What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. Had an excellent experience with MBB. Linda provided the detailed design at home and Karolina in the Edinburgh showroom helped me choose the goods. Dean and his team were fantastic. I stayed with my son and gave Dean a house key. He kept me well informed each day and sent me photos and videos of progress. We needed extra pipe work done, but the team worked so hard to get the job finished on the Friday having started the job on Monday.
The quality of the goods and the work were excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks also to Sharon in the office for follow up care.

Poor after care/follow up
Had our bathroom installed nearly a year ago, absolutely happy with the quality and finish, however recent aftercare is less than satisfactory. Whilst not a big issue our toilet seat has been hanging on for dear life since Christmas Day. There seems to be no way of accessing the screws without taking the back board off. Despite raising this on December 25th via email, followed by weekly chasers with Natalie, and a call to register my dissatisfaction just last week, still no sign of this being fixed. Now that I’ve read the reviews, it feels like I’m not alone either, and I hope that this last resort generates the action required.
Post review updates: nice new toilet seat installed, pity that this seemed to be the only route to elicit action.

I had my bathroom designed & installed by My Beautiful Bathroom and I'm really pleased with my experience. They communicated frequently leading up to & during installation. The fitter was really tidy & finished on time. I did have a couple of faulty products, however this was rectified really quickly & didn't detract from my overall experience. I'd definitely recommend their service & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Poor fitting experience
We were initially very happy with the service provided. The experience in the showroom and during the home visit was good. It was a different story once the installation started. The initial installation took 10 days, not the 4-5 days as promised. After this there were an number of issues discovered. Taps squint, grout and sealant missing in places and multiple areas of damage to the bath and some general poor finishing. It took another 5 weeks to get all these issues resolved and we have been left with a repaired bath, not the new one we ordered. It also took way more calls an emails than should have been required to get these issues resolved. We wouldn't use this company again or recommend them to others.

As discussed, we are sorry that you would not use us again and this has been purely down to the installation of your bathroom and the service from Steven Watson.
We recommended Steven Watson to install your bathroom. Prior to installing your bathroom, Steven was a recommended installer with us for over 5 years installing bathrooms. You discussed that you did not choose him, yet during your installation, you engaged with Steven to carry out additional work in other rooms in your home. This is why your initial installation took longer.
We are not disputing the fact that there was remedial work to be carried out after the installation, you have confirmed all of which have been rectified. We are truly sorry that Steven did not carry the work out sooner.
We have since taken Steven off our recommended installers. Even though he had 5 year of very good feedback on his installations, we will not tolerate disregard for standard of work or follow up on remedial work.
We supplied your bath in tact and it had been damaged by external factors during the installation. Steven should have addressed and sorted this. we are sorry he didn't. However, we contacted a reputable repair company and contributed to the cost of getting it repaired by The Bath Doctor, even though we did not damage the bath.
We find it very unfair that despite getting things sorted for you and liaising with Steven, along with , offering you Steven's details today of his new company and website and Facebook page to pursue, which you refused and didn't want them. However, you are quite happy to post on how bad Steven's work was on this post. Even though you engaged in and paid for additional work out with your bathroom project.
We appreciate all feedback and are sorry that despite you being happy with the service from our showroom, you were unhappy with the service from the installer.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. From looking at the design, cabinets, worktops etc, survey & fitting all done professionally by friendly people. Great ideas I hadn’t thought of. Communication was excellent. No quibble when I could get some electronic items slightly cheaper elsewhere. Even encouraged this. When I decided I needed a new kitchen I got 3 quotes decided to go with MBK as they really listened to what I needed and did a great design. At a good price. Lovely new Kitchens and En-suite Bathroom
We recently had a new kitchen and en-suite bathroom installed, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Choosing our kitchen with David Machan , was super easy thanks to the beautifully laid‑out showroom in Stirling, David offered plenty of ideas, inspiration, and samples to help us visualise the final result.
Gary Anderson, our fitter, and his team were fantastic throughout the installation. They worked efficiently, kept to the agreed timelines, and communicated clearly at every stage. As with any renovation, a couple of small hiccups cropped up, but Gary handled them professionally, explaining the options and moving forward with a sensible alternative plan without any fuss.
The team were tidy, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We’re now enjoying a lovely new kitchen and en-suite bathroom, both finished to a high standard and ready to use straight away.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality workmanship and a smooth, stress‑free experience.

Highly recommend
We recently had a new bathroom fitted and we are really pleased with it. My Beautiful have been great to deal with from the sales guy Jack in the showroom , to Ben who came out to measure up, and Steve who fitted the bathroom. Everything went smoothly , the bathroom turned out perfect. We went with wall panels and click flooring instead of tiles as we think it will be easier to maintain with 3 young kids. Dark blue furniture with chrome taps, shower etc. The LED mirror cabinet is a nice addition . It feels much more modern than what we had previously. All the materials seem high quality . Would recommend 👌

Do not use this company! Cowboy fitters, no complaint resolution process
Do not use this company! Our experience with My Beautiful has been extremely disappointing and I would urge anyone considering using them to seriously consider other options. Their "recommended" fitter was unprofessional, the work carried out was unacceptably poor, and the company does not take complaint remediation seriously.
From the beginning of the fitting, the experience provided by our fitter (Steven Watson) was totally unprofessional. They frequently delayed work or failed to arrive for the day on very short notice without communicating. The work took over a month to complete, and at the end of the job the fitters left our garden full of waste and rubble for a further month to the point that neighbours were threatening to report us to the council. Additionally, the fitters also managed to lose our key for the shared back green.
Even once the work was complete, the bathroom was left in a dirty and cosmetically unsuitable state: there were pencil marks all over the ceiling, one of the recessed lightbulbs was left hanging loose, and there was tile adhesive left on every single tile.
The cosmetic issues were annoying but resolvable. However, there were also several major functional issues with the bathroom. The grouting on the floor has cracked substantially and needs redone, one of the shower boxes has been installed flat so that water pools in it, and the bath was left damaged and chipped during installation.
We have been unable to get the company to take these complaints seriously and remediate the poor work, to the point that we are on the brink of taking them to court under Scottish Simple Procedure law. While they have admitted fault for the issues, no resolution has been reached despite the issues being known to them for nearly 4 months now.
To reiterate, our treatment by My Beautiful has been abysmal and you should run a mile rather than use this company. Don't make the same mistake as us!

New bathroom...
A neighbour had recommended this company to us as she had her new bathroom planned and fitted by them nearly 2 years ago. We were impressed by the quality and workmanship, so phoned and made an appointment to visit the showroom. Ewan helped us plan our new bathroom and was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. After choosing what we wanted for our new bathroom, we were given a quote and an estimated start date. We were kept up to date and received copies of the goods we had chosen, the costs and an illustration of what our bathroom would look like. Paul and Stevie started work on the arranged day and everything was done with minimal fuss and disruption. We were also consulted about exactly where we wanted certain items to be positioned. The work was completed on time. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would certainly recommend this firm.
