If I could give 0 stars, then I would. I had my piano for less than 7 months before it stopped working. They refused a refund, refused to send a new piano, alls they did was send a new circuit board and upon telling them this hadn't fixed anything, they didn't care and failed to respond to any further emails. Poor customer service and don't follow through on their 1 year warranty at all. Avoid at all costs....as it WILL cost you!

The entire process of ordering, following shipping, and assembling was a first-class job at an affordable price. I am not certain about warranty.

First class treatment.

Good product description and explanation in marketing which helped me choose your product over competitors. Simple to order, fast delivery, easy set up, and I am very happy with the quality of the product. Great value.

Thought there would be a better Keyboard touch and tonality per description. Key require pressure. Too late to pack up send back -- 7 yr old seems to like it.

Both ease of the ordering process and how quickly the item was received made this purchase a positive experience. The keyboard is very nice and once the stand got put together (thank goodness for YouTube videos), everything was very nice. The added dust cloth cover for the keyboard was a thoughtful addition. The person who received the keyboard loved the sound and functionality. It’s a big and sturdy item, so if packing it up to relocate, another set of hands may be helpful. The provided carrying case is of good quality. All in all, it was a great experience working with Mustar.

Order arrived very quickly! It is for a Christmas present for our son so I will write a review on the quality when he gets it for Christmas

The ordering process was easy, the piano came in a reasonable amount of time, and although the box wat torn all to hell, the instrument was in impeccable condition, and it sounds great. It was very easy to set it all up, and we're looking forward to learning more about all it's special features.

We purchased a keyboard for my son who started piano. Everyrhing arrived as promised, in great condition, and in terrific time. Everything is working (2 weeks in). Time will tell with durability, but definitely recommend.

The unit came in 2 days, great condition, the stand was easy to assemble, and the sustain pedal is full size, the sound is good, (and I tried some other sounds, too).

I did not buy the keyboard for me…. I bought it for my disabled son who love making music until he had a stroke and stopped playing for years. HE LOVES HIS NEW KEYBOARD!!! Our goal is to stimulate better brain activity and hand coordination for him. The lighted keys model that teach beginners how to play are a true blessing in disguise!!! Thank you MuStar!!!

the shipping was very fast, that's the good thing. However, the shipping box was torn, I don't know if anything fell out of it. There was no receipt and my special note in the cargo. The guitar was worn in a few places and I thought about returning it, but I didn't want to deal with it when there was no receipt. The buttons were frayed and there were a few gouges on the handle.

The keyboard is perfect but the manual is the worst thing ever it tells you nothing. fortunately we have to depend on Youtube.

The shipping was great, it came quick but it wasn’t what I was looking for. I was looking for a keyboard that had songs on it that I could play along with. Lighted keys that would let me play the song as the keys lighted up. I had a Casio keyboard that I loved and could play by lighted keys. Do you have a keyboard like that?. Please let me know, I miss the one I use to have. Linda Venia
