I recently purchased the MEP-1400 88 key electric keyboard. I received it and just a couple days after purchase it stopped working. I only played it couple times before the piano would no longer turn on despite being plugged in. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it is no longer working for me. Too expensive to just randomly break like that.

Their website was user-friendly, product descriptions seemed accurate and were consistent with other products and reviews, the paint process was smooth, but most importantly the product arrived in a timely manner and is just what we wanted.

It is a gif, so until the person I purchased this item for receives it and I hear from her, I can’t answer questions.

This is a solid deal for beginner to intermediate players who want to have fun with their kid and or explore their own style. I love that there’s a ton of sounds to choose from and they don’t sound cheesy or badly distorted. The keys are weighted so it doesn’t have that plastic click or clunk. It comes with a stand and a pedal. And best of all it is compatible with Bluetooth so you can play around with other devices like your laptop. I’m very happy with my purchase for sure! Already made a couple of bops with my kiddo!

On and off ligh too, too bright, I had to pot some tape to cover it.
Rhythm too, too loud, imposible to use. In addition it has only one rhythm, that’s it.
The sound, some times sounds like banging on a cheap metal.

Great piano for beginner! Just what we needed.

Overall, product quality was very good. After coming off of my first Casio electronic keyboard, the shift to an electric piano with real key field was not well explained in the advertisement. You really need to plunk down on these keys to get them to put out loud enough Musical tone. Maybe it is just an adjustment period for me. I am only playing three months and did not want to restrict my range any further on a 66 key piano. I just wish this particular product had a selection setting for electronic keyboard that mimic my Casio since people with arthritis cannot always hit the keys, hard enough on a standard, feel piano to make the note uniform with other notes. There is no shortage of other tones and sounds on this electronic piano. I just wish it had some that were actually usable.

Piano got to my place ontime and sounds wonderful to play. It's a very pretty keyboard with the woodgrain giving a regal look. I wish that it had a larger screen to at least show what instrument you were playing, and be easier to get to the sound you were wanting to play since there are 799 different sounds you can play from it.

The action on the keys was super high and with the keys being basically velocity sensitive its just hard to play in general. I guess I didn't know to expect enough before I bought it. All tones and rhythms are very cool however. I do feel I got what I paid for

We received the Digital Piano in great condition. It was well packaged and saw no defects. My only concern was the sound of the keyboard. However, I have not had enough time to read and experience the piano as much as I want.
I wished the sound was clearer.

It's a nice keyboard wish the song bank was listed on the front of the unit.

It’s a nice looking and sounding piano but it doesn’t work 100%. I try to play the same note quickly and it doesn’t pick it up. I have a videos of it and I could get more easily even do it live.

The product is a terrible disappointment. It is a toy not an instrument. Even as a toy, it is so bad I wouldn't give it to a child who had an interest in playing.

The music stand didn’t fit the piano that I purchased and in addition, I didn’t receive the discount, but I am happy to say both issues were resolved and I love the piano. I believe Mustar stands behind their products which is first and foremost important when making a purchase.

Bought a Mustar digital piano 88 keys semi weighted back in May 2024. For 6 weeks it was fine and then 8 consecutive keys (5 white and 3 black) sporadically stopped working. Sometimes they would work, sometimes they wouldn't and sometimes they would stop working whilst being played until they stopped working all together. I contacted the ebay seller who eventually agreed to send out a replacement main board. We changed it but it made no difference. Then they told us to cut a sliver off the main line but again no difference. Then the seller told me that they wouldn't do anything else because the return window had closed. So I contacted Mustar, the manufacturer because on their website it clearly states that their pianos are under warranty for a year, but they are ignoring me. So I wanted to warn anybody that is thinking of buying a Mustar piano NOT TO buy. It is a complete waste of money and the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.
