I bought a stroller from Mumzworld in 2024 and have been extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer support. Since purchasing it, the stroller has repeatedly broken, with the wheels continually breaking and falling off. This is not a one-off fault — it has been an ongoing issue that has made the stroller unreliable and, frankly, unsafe to depend on.
I have contacted Mumzworld several times about the problems, but despite making them aware of the repeated faults, they have done nothing meaningful to resolve the situation. No proper solution, no satisfactory replacement, and no effective after sales support. For a company selling products for children, I expected a much higher standard of both product quality and customer service. The fact that I have repeatedly had to deal with a stroller breaking while Mumzworld has essentially failed to help is incredibly frustrating. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a stroller from Mumzworld. A product that repeatedly fails is bad enough, but the complete lack of support when you raise the issue is even more disappointing.

I am putting a star for their cusfomer service and order experience. I had ordered a customized item and realized within minutes that the name was wrong. As the delivery was fast, I messaged customer care to wither cancel the order or change the name. I was given the same copy paste answer that the team will get back to me within 48 hrs. Long story short I battled days with their customer care to get the item returned and to have my address updated. Also had issues with delivery where again it was sent to old address.
Mumzworld please train your customer support they clearly copy paste generic answer and the customer journey is also a pain.
