I spent a lot of time looking for a specific 24V Porsche car for my son. The received product looks very different, it is LB-3021 version - false advertisement!
Customer service failed to answer simple question (x 3) 'Please send a photo of the box' which would have avoided this, as I wanted to be sure and even asked if I could visit the warehouse.
Larger battery advertised. I received the standard size battery - false advertisement!
Cost: you can buy the exact same on Noon for 2600 compared to 3619 AED I spent with Mumzworld.
I complained: They refunded only 48.95 AED!
Very unhappy + lost $325!!! Will never buy from here again.
Buy on Noon or go to RAFplay for better service / price!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed with Mumzworld.
My order, worth approximately $200, arrived damaged and in completely unacceptable condition. I immediately contacted customer service and requested a full refund. I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours, but nobody did.
Since then, I have contacted customer service repeatedly, and all I get are more promises that someone will get back to me. No one has contacted me, no refund has been issued, and the problem remains unresolved.
$200 is not a small amount of money, and I find it completely unacceptable that a company can deliver a damaged order and then leave the customer chasing them for their own money.
The level of customer service has been shocking. I feel completely ignored as a customer. I expected a reputable company to take responsibility when something goes wrong, not repeatedly make promises and fail to follow through.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would think twice before ordering from Mumzworld again.

Avoid setting up a registry. I received 2 of the same items, although I only had 1 on my list and they refused to take responsibility for their error. I have spoken to their customer service team over 8 times and no one returns my enquiry.
Completely horrible. Items have been purchased and the delay is unacceptable
