Collection of the bins never happened...I have to find a way of disposing them by myself, since the next available collection would be in ten days!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If there was an option for ZERO stars that's what I would rate this company, they are a joke, I signed up with them on july 1st, and today is july 16th and I still have received no bins from them, I have rang them up 4 times each time I have been told they will deliver them the next day but they weren't, after emailing them and being fobbed off by them I have decided to give up and told them to return my money and I'll give my money to a company who actually want the business!!!

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give. Please please avoid this company if you can, their customer service is the worst of any company I've ever ever dealt with, Ever! ..
They refuse to take any responsibility for told me there's absolutely no way their scales are ever wrong in the trucks, which I find extremely hard to believe, they hang up on calls, so so rude. please save yourself the stress and go with a company with better morals and better customer service.

Been 5 years with mrbinman company…
Been 5 years with mrbinman company never had issues and in last few months my bin wasn't collected few times and when I asked what is the issue with my bin 1st they said they don't know what happens and did discount for my payment and then few week later it happened again and again they don't know why my bin wasn't taken but when they ask to send pictures of what is inside bin they maybe said it's because in blue bin I have Tesco bag I said it's because I have metal cans there that keeping all liquids in bag. I think that's not a big issue for do not take my bin as I saw my neighbours put everything in their bins they never separate trash and their bins always taken 🤔🤨🧐
Very annoying!! And if it will happens again I'm definitely going to change for different company!!!

Thugs broke the lid of my bin, tore open a bag of rubbish, left it blow around the area. Apparenly, my bin was 'contaminated' This lot are nothing but trouble

Very rude, disgusting service. Been with the company for last 6 months after a selling agent came to door and SOLD the product/service to us.
Every single week issues with collecting the bins, after multiple there and back with the company their last response was “drivers don’t want to drive to your area as you are the only customer in that estate”. Just to give a perspective I live in middle of town in big enough estate.
Today a random driver arrived and with extremely disrespectful tone started with raised tones say (he called phone first) that he cannot locate the bins.. the bins were in the alley way behind the house AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE BEEN as this is terraced house. When I walked outside and advised there’s entrance in alleyway from both side the driver couldn’t be more rude and mumbled something under his nose and jumped back in car, then with extremely fast and aggressive way drove at the alleyway. Very very very disappointing and cannot believe that in 2025 THIS is the service ANY company can provide. Would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to tell everyone to never sign up with them. Just an fyi if you try contact their customer service make sure you allow TWO WORKING days before they will even reply with any response which will be again LIES LIES LIES.

The bins were not emptied on 12 February 2025 despite having sufficient funds in the account. My emails went unanswered. They never bothered to respond.

This company gives exceptional customer service. They are responsive, friendly and polite. In error they missed our bins. They could not have done more to put it right. Excellent communication.
Awful Mr Binman experience trying to give them money!
Very frustrating experience with Mr Binman from this customer.
I wanted to keep our account in credit & top it up by €30.
Logged in & expected the usual simple process but card(fully funded wouldn't authenticate( ok these technical issues can happen)
Then tried to pay online, options press 1, 2 or 3, tried everything multiple times, circular robotic answering machine with mournful background music, no answer for ages, eventually got through but only by pressing the commercial section & transferred to domestic department, more music & no answer so had to give up & cancel the waste of time so called service.
No blame to the staff but the website system was very customer unfriendly & robotical to this loyal customer, AWFUL.
Please hire some extra staff to help answer a clearly advertised customer friendly access option & get rid of that automated malfunctioning robot telling me to press 1 2 or 3 & endlessly without processing then reverting to its original press 1 2 or 3 request with its irritating droning music.
All I need is a simple customer friendly process of payment.
Updated April 2025, in the following 6 months I have stayed with Mr. Binman, issues sorted by phone & overall satisfied with the bin service.

had a problem with collection and when i called the lady is very customer orientated. The phone was answered promptly and the lady was kind and accommodating.
she arranged for the bin to be collected and saved me a lot of hassle. It's nice to deal with efficiency like this and not be kept on hold for ages.
