Skip didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to and is now still sitting in the driveway 13 days later.
Have been told it would be collected on all of the last 5 working days, it wasn't.
Received a message yesterday morning saying driver was on way to collect, he/she never arrived.
Customer service agents just constantly saying it will be "tomorrow", terrible delivery/collection service, some agents polite and apologetic, some very rude and blunt.

Been a customer for years, and have always found the service great. On the few occasions I've had questions I've always got a very quick and polite answer, be it a query about a bill, or collections. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Have been a customer with Allied now for a few years and have to say I am really happy with how efficient they are with waste collection and any time I have had to ring them for a query or make payments or changes the staff in the office are so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them to help.

I’ve been a customer of allied for years they go above and beyond to accommodate . Thanks to Ryan for helping me out and getting my extra bags lifted after Christmas your very good . And Shaunagh also pleasure to chat to you thanks very much .

Amazing service! Always on time and if they didn’t manage to collect it on the day (extremely rare occurrence), they always recollected within the following 48h if the issue was on their side. They always work very clean too, never littering after collections.

Allied provided excellent service from start to finish for us. Their team has been responsive and professional, collections are always prompt. Pricing was clear and fair, and their attention to environmental compliance really stood out to us when picking. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable waste recycling services.

Highly disappointed in the service and attitude of one of the call centre employees named Derek he was very rude when I called and now yous have lost a loyal customer as iv moved to Panda and got a good deal

Very efficient collection service,Using Allied many years and have never been let down by them.Very polite and courteous to deal with over the phone and friendly drivers.

Collection truck passed our house, turned in our estate and exited without picking up our recycling bin. Contacted Allied and they assured me they would contact the driver to return. A 2nd truck arrived and picked up the waste bin but a week later and the recycling bin still remains uncollected. This following a two assurances by Allied staff via phone and email. This isnt the first time this has happened, truly frustrating.

I contacted the company again today. Y email and the response given that there might be an issue with my bin chip, later confirmed not to be the case, and no reason given why repeated promises to get the driver to return last week and a failure to collect the bin today. They did state they would update my account with a small sum (amount not declared). Money is not the issue, just need them to provide the service they’re being paid for and when issues do occur, they’re resolved efficiently (no false promises).

Can’t reset my password. Wait when company will send me temporary password on my email address or on phone number. Very bad employee working in office. It’s a 2025 outside. Come on … do something… Very unprofessional!!!

The failure to respond to a query after a week is unacceptable.

Iv been with this company for a few years now and I have to say the girls in the office are so helpful , they answer straight away , make sure you are on the right plan that is one of The main reasons I stick with allied is the help you get from the girls
Especially hollie who will let me know my balance and take my payment over the phone to make sure I have collection

Great company to deal with I had to leave out a bit extra the girl in the office Niamh sorted it for me they are just so easy to talk to compared to other bin company’s that you can’t even get through to! anyway it’s a 5 stars from one happy customer!!

I met this company last September at a festival in Naas co Kildare, they had a pop up tent and a lovely set up they gave out what they called them was kitchen caddy’s for our compost bin and large bags to be taken away by a skip lorry, they worked extremely hard all weekend they had all the bins on site and they constantly walked around making sure the bins were not over loaded, they had a fantastic system going on, I watched and I googled the name as they had said they were established for years in Naas but I never heard of them so I googled them and I seen a paragraph on where during the pandemic they gave all health carers a free month possibly two, I went again on the second day and here both of them were they again.well dressed very professional and stood out, I was nervous to switch to them as I hadn’t heard much about them, again I watched and studied, on the Sunday our festival was down by the harbour and I popped down and they had all the bins set up and their own stall ready to go before before most of the other stalls arrived,they obviously did not sleep that weekend. they had the most beautiful seat bench with beautiful flowers in the car park on Friday and Saturday, and on the Sunday I walked down and the bench was been dropped off by a lorry for the day at the harbour, I remember the man on the lorry was very witty and a comedian, he would put a smile on anybody’s face, so I eventually went over spoke to the lady who had been there endless hours and she promised she would be running a bin service in naas even bigger and better, so I left it and later that week I rang and I asked for that lady who I was speaking to thinking to myself she won’t be available and a young man said I will get her for you, we spoke and I explained I had met them and I agreed to set up the bin service with her and she kept too her word and gave me two free months which I didn’t need to remind Her off, she dropped off my bins the next morning but I missed her she left her number and told me if I had any questions to call her that evening I called her and I had three questions, each question she answered with out hesitation which I was shocked as I thought a late in the evening she would not be bothered to answer my questions she explained I needed to leave my bins out the night before and on the kerb for collection which I was not aware off, the point of my post in never ever be Afraid to change over trust your gut and if this young lady calls to you make sure and deal with her as I have to say she is an idol to any company, that young lady put her blood and tears into the festival and she was super proud to speak of good employers and her co workers and how proud she was to be a women in waste management services with such a great team behind her. and I would wish this lady and your company every success and please do make sure and call me if you never need a recommendation! she is an absolute treasure to your company you should be so proud. The Team you had that weekend are an absolute treasure to you all. Best wishes and stay Safe Allied.
