Really pleased with our overall experience at Moy Furniture.

During our first visit, we ordered a new sofa for our living room and were supported by Stephen during our time in store. The sofa was delivered within a few weeks and we were amazed at the speed of service and quality!

We’ve since returned to order a new console table and have booked an appointment for made to measure blinds.

Fantastic service as always from Moy Furniture Centre. We had been looking for a new sofa and had been to a lot of different showrooms but nothing was standing out to us.
Stephen was fantastic, pointed us in the direction of a new range of sofas which had just arrived. Fantastic quality and modern designs.
Delighted with our purchase 💚

Quick delivery and great product, smells lovely and well presented. Great after sales checking received the product and are happy

I found the web page easy to manoeuvre and understand. On placing my order it arrived on time and I was fully pleased with the overall service

Nice website, easy to order and delivery was efficient.

Lovely product, well packaged. A special mention for such wonderful, personal customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Delivery was quicker than most mainland UK companies I’ve used, so don’t let Northern Ireland shipping put you off.
Stephen was brilliant — helpful, straightforward, and made the whole process easy. items arrived in good time and the service was first class. Will happily use them again.

Fantastic service. Staff went over and above to get my sofa in the fabric that I needed which had been discontinued on another range. Really good quality furniture also.

Great service, item was received promptly and it was genuinely really nice that i received a call a few days later checking I’d received my small item order and was happy.

Lovely diffusers, exactly as described. Quick delivery and really well packaged. Would definitely repurchase!

Excellent service from Moy Furniture store
Placed my order on Saturday 5 th September and received order on Monday 7 th September

Thank you Moy Furniture 🤗😍

Delivery of a small package went missing via Yodel. Siobhan immediately replaced the item I had ordered and posted it via Royal Mail. It arrived the next day. That's what I call customer service. Thanks everyone at Moy

The sales girl was so very helpful. Listening to all the requirements and showed us all the sofas we might like. Nothing was too much trouble. Another member of staff phoned us to let us know it had arrived. Very nice and arranged the delivery to suit us. The sofa is very comfortable. Looks so good in our house. The delivery was great too. The men were very careful and respectful.

Couldn't fault the staff in moy furniture centre on my 2 visits. Stephen helped with all my questions brought me all the swatches and offered advice.
Was able to show me the fabric I eventually chose on another sofa. I didnt make a purchase on that occasion but came back in July and purchase a 3 seater and a cuddle chair, same great service.

Furniture was delivered promptly and delivery men were very careful when bringing the furniture in. It was finished to the highest finish and quality.

Would recommend to anyone.

First time placing an online order with Moy Furniture Centre, product delivered and first class experience, Stephen rang to make sure I was happy with the order and service provided, will definitely buy online again 👍🏻

Visited today to pick up some of their diffusers following on from a friends recommendation. A wonderful selection of diffusers for every room and taste at a very reasonable price. Pick up 2 for my own home and 1 as a gift. Gavin was super friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to visiting again

Bought lovely new Tempur bed and mattress from Moy Furniture Centre. Great service, friendly staff and prompt delivery. Tempur mattress is very comfy and really good for my back.

Fantastic visit to Moy Furniture Centre. We were recommended to visit by a family member who had purchased furniture there recently. Gorgeous range of furniture and a new wide selection of candles and diffusers for the home. We picked up a number of fabulous scents and could have gotten more, something for every part of the home. Gavin was super helpful finding everything we were after.Highly recommend 👌

As always pleased with all my purchases. Clear communication, fabulous stock, great choice & above all else, good banter through the whole process 🙌🏼

I recently purchased my console table online and it arrived really quickly, just exactly like the picture on the website - i love it! I will definetly purchase from this shop again!
