Very straightforward in dealing with Ruaridh, he was pleasant, very helpful and provided useful information in comparing different models. He was not pushy and nothing was to much trouble.

The delivery guys were very helpful and helped fix the lift-up base of the bed before installing new mattress

I ordered a 3 seater and a 1 seater sofa.

When I received them I was about to go in for a major operation, which had me staying in hospital for an extended time and staying with family to recover. A year after that I needed another operation and had to stay with family again. So for months at a time I wasn't at home.

Within a year and a half the 1 seater sofa had drastically sunken in.

I phoned them to be told that those sofas only have a 1 year warranty. They sent someone from emmiera group which I had never heard of and he sat in it, said there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the springs.

A couple of days later grampian furnishers called me to say the sofa has natural settlement and there's nothing they can do.

So, their sofas only last 1 and a half years of light use before they are flat.

I do have the extended warranty they offered but that doesn't cover cover settlement.

So yeah the stuff they sell is low quality and won't even last 2 years.

Avoid this company at all costs.
