Great company, very friendly, helpful and understanding. Sofa is better then I expected and delivery team were friendly and helpful.

When I purchased the sofa bed I was contacted to say it will arrive on a day and time and when I told them I needed it earlier they made sure that happened we paid on collection which was easier for us
The only down fall was that the delivery drivers wouldn’t carry it upstairs for us and then said they will charge £60 to bring it up for us
We put it all together and it’s very big and has lots of space for a big family
I definitely recommend to purchase this

Very quick service from ordering to delivery! Very friendly delivery men, Aky and Junior. Delivered with care. They apologised for the wet packaging but it was expected as it is raining. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

Amazing experience, no complaints whatsoever. Contact from the company was 100% from SMS to telephone conversations. My delivery was done by Riaz and Toby, both provided an excellent service, they were polite and respected of my home. It was quite tricky getting my sofas into my home but they both persevered and were patient. All packaging was removed and taken away…. Thank you Riaz and Toby.

The sofas are beautiful, just what I wanted. The colour is as expected, they are well made and really comfortable.

Drivers were very helpful with delivering sofa…. My house layout did not make it easy to get couch in and they did everything they could to make sure it did! Very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definetly recommend. Sami and Callum :)

Mrs Amit and Yousef deliverd my assessment today giving me enough notice for their arrival. Both are great and exceptional in all ways, extremely polite, courteous and true professionals. They carried a very heave and large sofa bed through narrow and difficult to negotiate stair case cleverly and in the most careful and professionalway and put it exactly where it was pointed out to them. They utterly and honourably refused to be tipped. I cannot thank them enough for their service. A great job brilliantly done. Very much appreciated without a shadow of inconvenience. It's great and highly recommended to employ such highly regarded professionals who score that high.

I bought the Dakota 3 seater electric sofa in beige. From the beginning I felt very comfortable, spoke to someone on chat, who answered all my questions. Delivery booked very shortly after. Constant communication between the company and me. The on delivery day, huge shout-out to Amit and Yusuf. Went above and beyond, normally they deliver to the door but they carried it up a flight of stairs and it was very difficult to get it into the living room, most would have left me to do it myself but not these guys! Exemplary customer service! Could not recommend enough! Thank you guys so much!

We ordered a cinema sofa and are delighted! It is so comfy, the colour is great (we picked forest green in velvet). I loved that you can customise the size and specifications so much - considering that the delivery time was incredibly quick! (One week from order for a customised sofa is incredible). Dealing with the company was also very nice, they were prompt to respond and you felt like you are actually talking to a person and agreeing stuff rather than call centre/scripted customer service people.
