Does what it says on the tin.

The only thing I would have potentially liked to have seen was a reminder or prompt as to when my lease period was coming up to an end. It gave a small doubt in my mind that I would be charged a roll over if I didn’t return the device.

That being said - I did return the device, it was quickly received and acknowledged with my deposit paid back within a couple of days.

All in all a good service

Perfect for when we moved house and had no internet connection for about 10 days. I hired for 7 das but then added 3 more days. The whole process was very easy and worked well. Highly recommended

This is a very handy service for when you move house and it takes time to get your internet set up - I found the service quick and easy to use and return.

Internet speed wasn't as good as advertised. We paid for the 5G router, which was £70 for 11 day hire. Despite only having the TV connected to the router, it still struggled with streaming and kept restarting itself over and over again. The internet seemed to be ok when connected via laptop so we managed to work from home with it. But we were glad when our broadband package was installed and we could send this router back. Not the best. Yes we didn't reach out to moving internet to complain but to be honest we're busy people and we managed to work from home which was the main thing we needed it for, just disappointed with the evening streaming services which can't be blamed on network issues because we checked. We have posted the router back in good time before the advertised cut off date and time so let's see if we get the deposit on time!

I really must agree with most reviewers that the system was so easy to connect to and use. Like they say, plug in and switch on. And away you go. We’re all so dependent on WiFi connection for everything and when we moved and had to wait for our provider to set us up, Moving Internet was a perfect solution.
More importantly from my point of view is that when i needed to contact the company about my return, they replied very quickly and were extremely understanding and helpful. Top marks!

I had to move due to short notice and hence not able to transfer the broadband on time to start at the new place. I rented Moving Internet for temporary wifi. Process is simple, the device was delivered a day before and customer service responded quickly when I asked for despatch info. Easy to set up, speed is amazing, and return process is simple and easy. I would defo recommend others to use moving internet for temporary wi-fi.

Fab service- promptly posted, excellent communication from the company. It’s only lost a star because the connection wasn’t great- that said I wouldn’t say it’s a fault of the company - more of the mobile signal in the area being a little patchy. Overall- thank you for getting me through a rough patch!

I ordered from Moving Internet because we moved house. I couldn't get the internet company to reconnect me for nearly a month which was so annoying, but Moving Internet saved the day it's really easy to order, when the parcel arrived it was so easy to set-up within 6-7 minutes we were connected and TVs were connected etc.
It took one of the stresses of moving away. I'd definitely recommend them and returns are really easy I used the post office locker because getting to an actual post office is a nuisance.
