Very friendly staff but check repairs.
Very friendly staff and simple buying process. We found a nearly new, right car at a reasonable price.
However, a faulty door that wouldn't open was found on initial inspection. This is a safety issue and an MOT failure. The fault was still present on sale completion. Motor Range said we need to sort it ourselves as it was under Manufacturer's Warranty. This is not the responsibility of the customer.
One month and 9 days off the road later, it was fixed.
The lesson learnt was always inspect repairs before paying any balance.

Poor customer service sell you a car…
Poor customer service sell you a car and get you to buy extra warranty only for your car to be in and out of there garage and in no rush to complete the work so your without a car for weeks on end even if your warranty says you get a Curtesy car they say none available don’t buy a car from here

Quick to sell you a car but make it difficult to get in touch when there’s a problem. 3 months after purchasing the car nothing but problems. Not helpful in the slightest

Rather poor and dismissive service
I went to Motor Range Manchester for my MOT. I came back at 5pm (latest they said it would be ready) and saw my car in a different parking spot, so it had clearly been finished but they had not called to tell me.
When I was given the paperwork, the guy I spoke to looked at it and told me everything was fine. When I looked at it back at my car, the report said it had failed. I went back in and questioned this and spoke to a salesman who was rather unhelpful and couldn't answer my questions about if I could get it booked in at the weekend to get the essentials fixed. He did call the person doing the MOTs that day, who said they'd left me a voicemail, which I had not received. It turned out they had misdialed my number, which they have since called to apologise for. I appreciated this and understand this things happen, but it did create a bit of a headache. I ended up going to Halfords to get it fixed and a re-MOT within the weekend.
I'm very unimpressed and now reluctant to go back here for anything frankly.
