Will was super helpful with test driving the car and answering my many questions. Very proficient in his job, hard to believe he's a 'trainee!
Gary was really patient with the problems encountered with extracting payment from my bank.. his calm and helpful manner was superb.

How much easier could it be to get a new car . Greeted with a friendly face , if the car had been on site we could have walked away with it the same day .

I brought a £10.000 skoda fabia and…
I brought a £10.000 skoda fabia and after a couple of days it would not lock. Took it back to motorpoint twice and they said nothing wrong. Out shopping one day and again it wouldn't lock. Used the supposed warranty and took it to a garage miles away and they changed the fob batteries. Got home and it wouldn't lock. Taking it back to get my money back. I will post again with follow up

We can understand it is frustrating when we cannot get to the bottom of diagnosing an issue. We have tried our best but two garages have been unable to find fault leaving us going direct to the manufacturer to see if they can.

Fab! friendly and experienced staff
I usually hate buying cars but this was a great experience. We were helped by Gavin in sales and I have to say, the transaction was brilliant! Smooth, well informed and honest throughout. We’ll definitely be going there again and I can recommend Oldbury without a doubt. Car was value for money and straightforward to buy, I felt they actually listened to what we wanted (which is rare) and they pulled out all the stops to get the car quickly. Efficient and no nonsense with a great car at the end of it. Warranty looked inclusive too.
