Robb gave excellent customer service in store. Bike delivered a few days later by Ollie who was a great guy looked after bike during delivery and showed me around the bike upon delivery. This is my second bike from these guys and would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I haven’t had the best experience thus far with this company but driver Ollie who delivers my bike is nothing less than amazing his service and care for the customer is amazing. Like I said I
haven’t had the best experience with the actual company having being told my bike would undergo a 52 point check but the same issue keeps happening now more issues with the bike. I haven’t even had the bike a full day yet. To be fair to the company they have been open to coming to get the bike every time but when you buy a bike from a dealer like this you expect the bike to be free of faults. Especially when they keep your bike for over a month and tell you they want it perfect before it’s let go.

But honestly I’d purchase another bike from them solely because of driver Ollie that’s how good his service is.

The only reason I’m rating this 5 stars is solely based on Driver Ollie his service and professionalism is top tier. The actual service from the company is appalling I have had to send my bike back twice due to it being sold to me faulty and they have the bike, tell me it’s fixed and runs perfectly then hours after delivery the same problem persists. The the company hasn’t been able to fix it, I have had to call and every time someone tells me a manager will call me back nobody ever does. Like I said DRIVER OLLIE has made my experience way better just a real professional at his job.

My bike was delivered as promised. I was a bit worried because I brought online and live a long way from the shop. Really pleased with the condition and the drop off driver explained everything that had been done to the bike and although I have not rode it on the main road so far the experience has been spot on.

This is a company full of charlatans who would like to pull the wool over your eyes with there nonsense 52 point check and they cannabilise parts from other bikes such as CPU units instead of ordering new replacements so that many of the bikes they do have for sale are none runners or have missing brake and clutch levers and that is not the way a reputable company should operate. I went looking to buy a Royal Enfield Interceptor and all three available had parts taken to make others run. They are not a reputable company and tell lies such as selling 250 bikes per week, but in reality their website tells a different story and some bikes have been sitting around for years and pre-registered with 2022 and 2024 plates with no miles so look elsewhere.
