Just purchasing my second bike from mb4all
Dealt with robbo first bike will second bike I’ve been riding and buying bikes since 71 they are very good and unlike many dealers they ring back when they say and are always polite and professional first class staff and service
Would highly recommend and they give fair part ex unlike many other dealers 👍

Unfortunately my 765 RS arrived damaged but mistakes happen. Only the exhaust was damaged but I called the office and it was resolved promptly without any fuss. I’m sure I’d return when it’s time to upgrade. I’m terribly sorry but I forgot the names of the salespersons and the driver but I’m sure the company will know who they are. They even got my bike to me well before the estimated time which I APPRECIATE SO MUCH!!!

Great service, Andy was excellent

To begin, I am a retired Motorcycle Technician who has worked on and owned many motorcycles from modern race bikes to classics including my own multi show winning and magazine featured motorcycles.
I have also worked in motorcycle, parts and accessory sales in motorcycle dealerships and at large motorcycle events.
On 20.06.2026 I bought a used Harley Davidson Deuce which had covered just over 5,000 miles from Motorbikes 4 All for a total of £8,070 including the deposit and delivery with a part exchange against my BMW R1200GS and the rest on finance.
Despite being told the Harley would be delivered in three weeks it took four weeks and one day, 18.06.2026
The previous day, 17.06.2026 I was told it was being delivered but no one turned up or informed me that the delivery was delayed until I telephoned the sales staff at the end of that day when they tried to arrange the delivery for 20.06.2026
When the motorcycle was delivered on 18.06.2026 it could not be ridden because the delivery driver had snapped the fuel cap key off in the cap lock and there was no spare so I could not remove the fuel cap to put petrol in the tank.
No fuel=can’t use.
I made a brief inspection of the motorcycle and was immediately aware of it’s incredibly poor condition which had been hidden in the sales photographs, it had a dented front mudguard and the motorcycle was covered in rust and corrosion especially around the rear frame and rear suspension units, one of which appeared to be broken.
There were numerous other problems with the motorcycle that should have had mot advisories.
In my opinion this motorcycle should not have passed a mot due to the condition of the rear suspension.
There was no evidence that the motorcycle had been serviced to an acceptable or safe standard, the oil in the engine and gearbox had not been changed, the brakes had not been serviced and there was no fresh lubricant on any of the pivot points, just rust.
The motorcycle had not even been cleaned and was filthy and covered in grime.
On these grounds I refused to accept or sign for the motorcycle and it was put back in the van and returned to Motorbikes 4 All.
The next day, after all of my emails about the problems with the motorcycle were ignored (and are still being ignored) I was able to speak to Ben the Manager but he refused a refund of any sort and even tried to get more money out of me for the return to him of the useless motorcycle that could not be ridden.
He contradicted everything I said about the condition of the motorcycle including my professional opinion that it had not been serviced to a safe and acceptable standard and would not even offer the slightest apology.
I found his manner to be arrogant and grossly offensive.
My finance company have also tried to contact Motorbikes 4 All but their emails and telephone calls have been ignored although they have told me that they will support me in a claim against Motorbikes 4 All.
I will also be contacting my bank about this transaction.
So, I would advise any prospective customers of Motorbikes 4 All to carefully read their restrictive terms and conditions and be very careful about accepting a motorcycle supplied by the company without giving it a very careful inspection, preferably by a professional motorcycle technician.
There are plenty of other reputable motorcycle dealerships that can supply you with a great, properly prepared and serviced motorcycle.
It’s your money and possibly your life and the lives of others at risk from a sub-standard, poorly or un-serviced motorcycle.
I look forward to the usual complete denial of any responsibility in Motorbikes 4 All’s reply and if Ben the Manager, as he said in our telephone conversation, thinks he can get even more money out of me for the return of the disgraceful and dangerous motorcycle that he supplied he is quite welcome to try in the County Court.

Andy phoned ahead to update me on his progress and unloaded a very heavy bike with great care.

Sold me a completely defective motorbike, faulty battery, kick start and electric start failed to turn on the bike, and an oil leak, not to mention the engine over heating after 15 minutes of light riding. Was told is starts and runs fine, absolute lie. Then they charge you all sorts of fees to return the bike.

Olly dropped my bike this morning on my 50th birthday. Olly was so friendly and took his time explaining and chatting. I am such happy customer. Thanks Olly you made it really special and explained everything to me 5*

Sold my Harley to this family firm. They paid a.fair price, communication was great and payment was prompt. Bike was collected by the excellent Olly who was a great advertisement for motorbikrs4all, turned up early and phoned me to say he was ahead of schedule. Was enthusiastic and chatty whilst being completely professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone
