Oscar is the best in this business. He was very professional yet made me feel comfortable to reach out to him and ask for help. He answered all of my questions and all concerns. He did a great job. All around just an amazing job. I had been on hold before for over an hour and passed through 4 different people transferring me. Well, I just had the interlock put on my car yesterday and it seems to be working fine. My ratings have mostly been because of the help I received from your support team. They done their job and were a big help to me.They made me feel comfortable and relaxed about everything 😄 I'm on SSI, MEDICAID AND FOODSTAMPS, and the woman told me about the indigent program that would cut my costs in half. Thank you ladies for making my experience with your company so much better today instead of one of stress.

I received a violation while my car was being repaired at the dealership. The dealership called and got the unlock code and followed normal procedure for working on cars with interlock.I still got charged a 75 dollar violation. You can dispute through email in which they hardly ever respond.The interlock will not beep on arrival blow, Therefore you will up spending a ton of money on arrival blow violation.

Mr. Torres was extremely helpful in my difficult situation. I have had the unit installed since October 28th of 2025, I’ve seemed to have had not much positive experience with the unit itself ( issues with completing the tests on first try), possibly due to asthma issues and also with inconsistent blow technique. Through the past 7 months dealing with this has been a nightmare, but Mr. Torres informative help actually relieved my stress and anxiety today, he was courteous, professional, friendly, and deeply informative, I’ve not had a better customer service experience in my entire life. As I explained my multi layered situation with issues with the unit, life circumstances and the fact of after 3-4 attempts on arrival tests before the 5 minute countdown completes (around 3:30) the unit will shut itself down automatically throwing a violation which in result ends up costing the user $50 for an override code, so essentially my vehicle has sat still for 2 months at a time to avoid this costly situation which I feel as though is somewhat a health complication of mine with asthma and somewhat an issue with the unit not performing the way it is supposed to, if it weren’t for Mr. Torres today and his patience and understanding I most likely would’ve been requesting an apartment for permanent removal of this device, just feel like there’s not been a win with trying to do the right thing in my experience with this device and the complications it has caused financially and mentally while being sober for over 2 years, that these types of stressful situations could the the catalyst for many to backslide into old habits, that got us in this situation to begin with. Thank you Mr. Torres your kindness it meant a lot today and you make a difference.
