The system is working well and keeps me informed if need be. Credits could be applied a little faster but it is fine. Automatic increase has been great for me as life is becoming more expensive and a cushion is great to have. Thank You.

Purchases always approved
Purchases always approved. We have poor credit scores and appreciate the opportunity to rebuild. Application process via Credit Karma guarantee was quick and easy.
Only draw back is that available credit takes awhile to update after payment but once payment history is established hopefully that will change.

When my monthly statement would post
When my monthly statement would post, I always paid and was never late, I always paid extra to go towards principle. Then it would still say that I owed $.27 or $1.12. Some minimal number that should have went down to a $0. balance. I had to call in multiple times to get it fixed. I don't like checking my account and seeing that I still owe when I paid over the minimum due. This is not professional at all.
