I do not recommend getting this card to build your credit. You cannot access your transactions. You have to call and they will tell you verbally. I chose to go paperless too. You make a payment and it... Mehr ansehen

The worst card ever! They don't share openly your purchases or transactions yet expect you to pay. Their website is always down for maintenance so you can't see or access anything. I suspect... Mehr ansehen

If I could give zero stars I would stay…

If I could give zero stars I would stay far away from this bank. They have horrible customer service and decide to block your card when ever they want to in the name of “security purposes “ even if you don’t use the card and make you jump through hoops just to remove the block. Customer service is no help they do nothing but read off a script!!!

I was approved for $1k i got the card to build my credit
The fees are high, as long as i oay before the fees kick in it will be paid.
Its the point of making a payment that comes out of your banking account it shows on their site that pymt has been made but i cant used the card for another 14 days..any bills you have setup for to pay will be declined because they will take their sweet time to post your payment.
Or i can go and pay someone like Money Gram and it will be available i. 2 dys. When traveling who got time to run around to find a money gram
This card is worthless to me, its not working for me

What a HORRIBLE 2 days with this card

What a HORRIBLE 2 days with this card! I could overlook the high interest and the monthly fee as I rebuild my credit but what I just dealt with caused me to close my account after only 48 hours. Traveling to Florida, I used my card twice in my home state and twice for gas on our drive down with no issues. Upon arriving to our resort, I tried to pay for lunch with my card and it was declined. I used my debit card and didn't think much of it. A bit later, I attempted to add my Indigo card to my GrubHub account to order dinner for myself and my daughter and it wouldn't add. I called Indigo and was sent to a "fraud specialist" who asked me 5 questions to verify my identity. Two of the questions were about addresses of people I've never heard of but had my same maiden name (which is a VERY common last name). She informed me I failed the questionnaire, and my card would remain locked even though I hadn't reported any fraud myself. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was transferred to a very nice young man who was understanding but who really couldn't help me. His only solution was to send a picture of either my DL or SS card into their department via email and wait 48-72 hours to be verified. I asked if my interest would be paused during this time and my monthly fee would be prorated, he apologized but said he was unable to do that. He really was nice but Indigo polices prevented him from helping me. I explained I could give any info needed, including all transactions on the card since it was activated. It was no use. He explained this could happen again at any time. I explained due to the fact this card is unreliable with a high interest rate and monthly fee it made no sense to keep it. I couldn't count on being able to use it even with plenty of open credit and no balance due. Their policies are ridiculous and I feel target people left with little to no other options on cards, charging outrageous fees and interest while not allowing you to use the card at their whim for no reason.

I wish I could leave a 0 stars

I wish I could leave a 0 stars. I was approved for a 700 limit but of course they added the high fees. I wanted to have low utilization so I paid it down and they closed the account right after. Basically took the money paid for fees and ran.

They have misleading practices/Targeting People

They have misleading practices. I was entice to apply by a deceptive email they sent me. Then when I did apply I got no answer, but that they would reach out to me. I found out that I was approved for the card by a hard inquiry hitting my credit alert monitor program that I'm in(for 6 points). I was livid. So I call them and spoke with this woman with a very strong accent, it really missed me off. She said I was approved for a 1000 dollars but they take off top $250.00 dollars off the card and whatever else fees. Truly a rip off company. They sucker people and target those who are building there credit. My score was a 686 after that hard inquiry it felled to 680 score. I canceled the card ASAP, as soon as I found out they approved me & it's not a 1000 dollars. They are taking a quarter ot the funds that the consumer would have to pay back. If you're going to give people credit or want them to do business with their company. They should be fair with folks & truthful about why they are really offering you their product. I wanted nothing to do with these crooks. There should be laws against companies that target those of us who they feel like they can do anything to. Worst credit card 3 party company ever! I will be seeking legal advice about being targeted and mislead. I'll keep you posted after I go after these crooks. They just hurt my credit score for no reason at all...

I do not recommend getting this card to build your credit. You cannot access your transactions. You have to call and they will tell you verbally. I chose to go paperless too. You make a payment and it still doesn't appear you made a payment. $175 annual fee they charge upfront. High interest rates. Terrible customer service. Stay away from them. Bad for business.

Card advertised as no annual fee but is actually $61 a year

The card falsely advertises as having no annual fee but then charges you $5.07 a month which will amount to $60.84 a year! In addition, my card did not arrive in the first month but they still charged the $5.07!

They refuse to 2-day or overnight mail your card if it is lost. So you end up paying for months that you do not even have the dern card!

They did give me a $1500 credit limit

They did give me a $1500 credit limit, but 1 year into having the card, they started charging annual fees . The last straw was when I called them to stop a recurring charge. I can't get that one particular business to cancel, so I asked the CB Indigo customer rep to stop payments for me. $12 a month. Said he could not so I cancelled the account. Threw him for a loop but I am out from under a junk card. Possibly the highest interest I have ever paid as well.

Horrible Credit Card

Horrible Credit Card. Super high interest rates. Called them to change my due date to two weeks later to align with my paycheck, customer service "you can't change your due date". What a bunch of crooks, wanting you to fail for their financial gain!

A very dangerous credit card

They assess a high annual fee on their cards, 147.00 annual fee.
When you do finally get that paid up, they slap the account with additional fees and interest, keeping you in the red and not allowing you to pay down your balance.

I applied for this card and never got it

I applied for this card and never received it. I called about it, they checked my address, sent a new one, I still never received it. I called them to ask them to take off the fees collecting while my card wasn’t even activated yet. They closed my account but now my credit took a dip because of “late payment to indigo”. Now I am calling credit bureaus to dispute this mess. Just don’t get it. Its a scam.

What a joke!

One star is even too much for this card. Had to call customer service due to a decline on my card. A person who barely spoke. English said that they had to ask me some questions to verify my identity. They kept asking me questions that had nothing to do with me. Then they proceeded to tell me that the card would be blocked and I would have to mail in paperwork to have it unblocked. Funny how they took my payments just fine. I will be canceling both cards that I have with indigo

Scam alert

Scam alert. They open account charge you a huge fee to open the account then they close it so I use the card one time and the fees they charge are almost more than what I charged and then they close the account. It's a total scam it's robbery it's ridiculous I'm not paying it.

Indigo is not a card to use if you are…

Indigo is not a card to use if you are trying to rebuild credit. I wouldn't advise getting one. There are better options. I paid mine every month early was never late and they never reported it to the credit bureau. However I have talked to people who stated that they will report you if you're late. I decided it was illogical to keep this card if one it's not a benefit and 2 it doesn't give increases of any kind. I neither need a credit card just for the sake of having one if it's not beneficial. IMO

Will not let you change your due date

Will not let you change your due date. All my other credit card services are more than willing to accommodate with dates. This card is terrible and I will be canceling when paid off. As a big time social media influencer, I will tell everyone to avoid this company and this card.
