The interest rate on this card is extremely high—just shy of 30%. I understood that when I first opened the account while rebuilding my credit. However, after over a year of consistent, on-time payments, I expected that requesting a rate reduction would at least be considered, and not immediately told "We don't negotiate interest rates". Because of that, I chose to move my business elsewhere, where I qualified for a 0% interest offer for 21 months based on my improved credit.

I was approved for a credit card by…
I was approved for a credit card by Mission Lane and needed to change my address. I sent in the documents they asked for one being 60 days of bank statements directly downloaded from my bank in a pdf to which they said they couldn't be authenticated! Downloaded straight from a bank website and they can't authentic them, What a Joke!
