Gemma delivered a fantastic session for our group in Wilmslow. So knowledgable, friendly, and perfectly pitched to the audience…would highly recommend any new or expecting parents do this course. 5 stars!

Phil led a brilliant session for our Bump and Baby first aid class and we couldn’t have asked for a better first aid instructor.

Given the source material (baby first aid), it would be easy to get a bit apprehensive but Phil was an absolutely fantastic trainer - getting the balance right of reassuring, training & encouraging us, rather than striking fear into us. Highly recommend!

Informative, up-to-date practical based course. Plenty of resources for the group and hands on practice. Time for questions throughout.

Highly recommend the Baby First Aid class!
Kellie at Mini First Aid was absolutely superb. I was initially quite nervous about attending, as I sometimes struggle with social events and larger groups. From the very start, Kellie was so welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. We brought our 9-month-old baby along, and right away, Kellie reassured us that if he wanted to play on the mats or babble, it was no problem at all. This helped us feel comfortable, as we didn’t want Freddie to be a distraction during the class.
Kellie took time to answer everyone’s questions and concerns, ensuring that no one left with any doubts. She stayed after the class to ensure everyone’s queries were fully addressed, which I really appreciated. The demonstrations on CPR and choking were clear, and we were given the opportunity to practice the techniques ourselves if we wanted to. Kellie was very considerate, never pressuring anyone into doing anything they didn’t feel comfortable with. She also spaced out the mannequins around the room, so if anyone wanted to try something, they could do it without feeling self-conscious.
At the end of the class, there was an option to purchase first aid kits, and again, there was no pressure at all to buy. Kellie was there to answer any questions about the kits. My partner and I decided to buy the bundle, and it was definitely money well spent. We now have a first aid kit for the baby’s change bag and one for at home.
Overall, it was an incredibly informative class, but Kellie really made the experience special. We had a great time, and it was a wonderful way to spend our Valentine’s Day morning. Thank you again, Kellie!

Booking & rescheduling was straightforward, Linda was very accommodating. Our instructor Mark shared his knowledge & invaluable first hand experience regarding first aid from his professional career and as a parent. As new parents it’s given us peace of mind.

Helen our trainer was friendly, relaxed and approachable so we all felt able to ask questions at any point. She made it an informative and interactive session so we had fun as we learned all the important stuff!

My husband and I attended Mini First Aid with Michele at John Lewis in Leeds. We are expecting a baby in April and found the course really useful! Michele was engaging and knowledgeable and now we both feel more confident and prepared.

We really enjoyed our mini first aid course with Amy! We were nervous about weaning our 6 month old so attended the course to learn about dealing with choking. We left feeling prepared for weaning plus equipped with lots of additional first aid knowledge. Highly recommend! Amy was lovely and great with our baby too

Richard gave a very informative session to our 12 year old and 15 year old children and some of their friends, and they remained totally engrossed through the 3 hours. They were all buzzing, saying how interesting it was, and how much they learned. He covered so much in the session and made it fun and engaging. They are all so much more confident that they would know what to do in an emergency. We highly recommend Mini First Aid, it was exactly what we were looking for to give our 15 year old confidence to start babysitting and we thought it was excellent value. Thank you!

Anna was inspiring and informative-every child was hooked during the session and came away informing school staff and their parents of their learning. There was a real buzz around school! Children were incredibly proud to share their workbooks and certificates with their loved ones too. I would highly recommend to all primary schools.

Attended mini first aid with Rachel in Leicester. The course was delivered perfectly and was very informative. Bonus that I could take my baby with me too and Rachel even helped me out with him when he started fussing. Would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent course.

An excellent digestible first aid course.

Me and my partner attended a first aid class with Jess of Mini First Aid Wrexham and couldn’t recommend the session enough. Our daughter is very close to start weening and having the confidence around how we can administer chocking first aid has given us a lot of comfort.

The course leader Jess was very thorough and you can tell she is passionate and well informed on first aid which leaves a really lasting understanding as a participant.

We will be encouraging our parents (new grandparents) to attend the same course!

Only minute advise is maybe the use of a flip chart to show the course content as we proceed may be a nice visual.

Had a private class with Lell. Very informative and found it very useful. Would 100% recommend!

Lell was extremely welcoming and friendly and although it’s a very overwhelming a serious session she made it fun and interesting!

Only 2 hours nice and short but could easily be made longer.

Very interesting and very educational

Better than the average BLS update, there was 5 resus dolls, one a child, and training defib kits, and dummy EpiPens to have a go with, plus extra bits on choking and sepsis.
