It was...fire!
I was happy with the Fire Marshal training I received today ran by Aleesha. The class was a good mix of interactive, knowledge-based learning and team-building set-ups. Aleesha had good energy and was relatable, which helped cement the information,
I also liked the ordering of the presentation as I felt everything followed a logical, natural flow.

We covered a lot in 4 hours but everything was explained very well and we had ample opportunity to ask questions.
Our trainer was super lovely and I enjoyed the day.

Mental health first aid
The instructor was friendly and informative. The group I was in participated well and we were able to use real life experience along with learning the course.
