A company that makes you believe they are Australian by their name.
The item I bought was made with the shittiest material & they look nothing like the picture - false advertising.
Took 3 weeks to arrive & the items are "marked down" on their website, making you think you're getting a good deal when in fact you could've bought a better quality version off of Shein for $5.

Fraudulent company selling shoes very different to photos on their website.
Purchased 2 pairs of shoes for $160 total. One pair is so shonky it cannot be worn as the elastic rubs on top of your foot and it hurts. Mills Melbourne provided a 50-60% refund however I will never wear these shoes and they are not worth $40 that I now paid. Do not purchase from this company, it is an absolute waste of money.

Cheap knock off item, they advertise falsely not Australian made all the way from China. DO NOT BUY fake supposedly orthotic shoes. Will read reviews next time before purchasing. China needs to stop their deception.

Wasn't too happy with quality and fit of the shirts. They didn't want to give me a full refund .. now I've escalated it with my bank.

The reviews online about your drop shipping are all negative and you’re misleading heading on your website using Melbourne as the bait to confuse the public thinking it’s Australian! 1 Star is way too much. This company is a scam an should be taken down. I was stupid to even think of trying them. There is no quality in the product and nowhere near the pictures and description on their website, I was fooled I hope you don't get fooled. I can't believe their offer of 20% refund so I could "regift" what a joke. I wouldn't give this product to my worst enemy. They are making money off people who believe this is a great store and they are allowed to get away with no returns and no refunds!!

If there was less than 1 star then I would give them this. Extremely bad quality. They post fake photos on the website and try to replicate it. First the are fooling people by the name of the website which is not based in Melbourne. Fake Netherland address and making cheap clothes in china. Hiding return shipping cost of $50 at customer expense. The cheap australian clothese store has better quality than Mills Melbourne. This company should be taken down legally as they are fooling and scamming people.

It looks like (pretends) to be a store in Melbourne, it is not. It is a factory in Yanwen China.
I have just received a pair of shorts (7 Jan2025) which were ordered on the 29th Nov.
The shorts cost $49.90 and were supposed to be Linen and I expected a reasonable quality.
They are absolute rubbish and are not Linen , very poor manufacture.
Only fit for use in the garden.

Image search their products. I have noticed in some cases they are onselling Shein products. For example Mills Melbourne's BELLA breathable knee length womens pants selling for $70 reduced to $54.90 AUD are actually on the Shein website selling as Shein LUNE womens drawstring pants for $12.95. It's the exact same picture which is obviously very photoshopped. At least on Shein you can doublecheck the customer reviews and sometimes even see customer photographs of what the product really looks like.

This is a complete scam. There is no ‘Mills Melbourne’. The website looks great, but the items come from a warehouse in “Asia’. They would not specify country, but it’s certainly not Melbourne Australia! Worst quality I’ve ever seen, not even labels. Would be laughing at how bad they are but I’m too cross I spent $170!! I’ve asked for a full refund and email conversation keeps going around and around in circles. First they say keep them and we will refund 20%, now they are saying keep them and we will give a 30% refund. They keep insisting that postage will be $45-$75 to return a small 500g package. Every trick in the book to get you to give up!!

Poor quality is an understatement. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing a cheap jacket that looked like a rubber gloves. No lining and make with spandex. Not worth $79 they charged. Update: company offered a voucher less original postage costs.

Dropshipped items at an inflated price. My shoes came in a plastic bag and look nothing like what I ordered.

Ordered a dress weeks before Xmas, online looked great but on receipt, looked like a child sewed it together - manually. NOT a quality garment, cheap and nasty and ill-fitting, no label, nothing. Asked for refund, no response to date. Don't trust this site.

Purchased what was pictured as orthotic shoes. What arrived was plastic and fake cork looking foam slides that smelt so foul and toxic on opening the bag. Shipped from China where they were made. Requested a refund and was offered 50% of what I paid. Advised not happy and waited a full refund. Was offered $45 and told that to get a full refund I would need to ship the shoes back at my own expense. Aust post wanted over $50 to send them back. Ended up. Going through PayPal to get a full refund.

Chinese junk. Not what I ordered. They use images of quality shoes then send you junk instead. Stay away. Rip off.

The website is very misleading, has the wrong sizing on it for Australia sizing and as you have to return items to China the cost of sending internationally far outweighs the cost of returning. They don't want items back and offer all kinds of things for it not to be returned. As others have said I should have read reviews before purchasing and would not purchase from here ever again. I ended up taking a loss on the item and marking it down as lesson learnt.

Ordered orthopedic shoes... They are poor quality and have no orthopaedic support . I would never buy from them again. I emailed requesting a refund and have not received a response

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. So disappointed the dress was nothing like the photo and it was horrible material cheap cheap cheap. I wanted to return my dress but was told I would have to pay shipping to asia. Stay away don't buy from here. 🤬😡😡

Shoes are very cheaply made and will probably fall apart. I went a size up and they are still too small. Do not pay for anything from this overseas manufacturer. They are not worth the money. Plenty of warnings - please listen to them. The good reviews are definitely fake. They are NOT in Melbourne

Poor quality product. They stink of glue. Not Australian company comes from China. Would not recommend.
