I received a Good Vibes Tee that I stupidly paid $68.00, I did recieve this shirt but it is absolutely disgusting like Gross, these people should be STOPPED !!!!

I spent $400 on clothing from Mills Melbourne - all unwearable (cheap fabric, random sizing, poor stitching, stained). I pursued with PayPal and Mills Melbourne to receive a $400 refund. However, I am still down the $73 I spent to return the items to China.
Mills did offer a 30% then 50% refund prior to agreeing to the full refund.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service experience ever. Their products are shipped from China, not from Melbourne; the quality is pathetic, the sizes are completely off and there are no returns. They refuse to help you.

Very late delivery and no returns system for incorrect shirt sizes. Poor quality item when it eventually arrived. Not based in Melbourne so don't be fooled.

Disgusting marketing ploy full of lies - no elegance in the items that arrived, terrible cheap fabric, poorly made. Worst online experience ever. Embarrassment having an Australian name attached to this place that has delayed shipping out of China. Gross. Yuck. Never again.

Do NOT buy. The quality of the material is appalling. The sizing is bad. The colours do not match the pictures. So unbelievably disappointed.

They offer 20% refund without getting the product back. Or voucher code.
I refused this and said I wanted to post back and get a full refund.

They then offered a 30% refund.
I still refused and wanted address to send back for full refund.
They told me it would cost a lot of money to send back as their supplier was in China - this was news to me.
The return didn’t cost even 50% of dress price.
I sent it with aus post and it arrived very promptly to China.
6 weeks later the clothing was sent back to me in Australia and the package said refused / unclaimed.

I then contacted them again. They wanted proof which I had sent photos of this on the parcel.

I then asked a full refund again. This was given to me which should have happened in the first place.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received notification they were no longer available a week later and was offered an alternative which I accepted. Another week later I was told the alternative shoes were also not available. Offered another alternative which I denied and requested a refund. Disappointing that I was offered a product no longer in stock.

Chinese company selling cheap nasty shoes. I purchased a pair of suede leather shoes that were cheap synthetic shoes.
I have previously purchased clothing from a company supposedly based, products made in Australia but they were cheap low quality products misrepresented by false advertising. I returned the products according to return policy, which was to China and did not receive a refund as guaranteed.
I shall not waste my money returning the shoes not to get a refund.

This is a fake company based in China not Australia that sells shoddy goods and that does not comply with Australian consumer law. They shoud be repoted to the ACC and their online operation shut down. Perhaps if we all repoted them something might happen - lots of indivdiual complaints might well work. In the meantime, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and if you dohave trouble with them REPORT THEM. Lets hope the authorities are able to block these sorts of businesses completely.

Ordered orthepedic sandals, and what arrived was a counterfeit item. No cushioning, no arch support, low quality plastic and poor stitching.

Misleading and false advertising. If anything, they have caused my feet more pain! I spent $60 (on sale which usually sell for $80-100+) and they are incredibly worse compared to my $30 target sandals.

They refuse to refund me all my money back, and I can't even return the item because they are actually based in China!
Also, paypal won't help me because I was over the 30 day delivery date by 2 days!!! How disappointing.
So if you want to go through paypal to make a dispute, do it quickly!

I recently bought a dress from this Company supposedly situated in Melbourne. This is another shonky Chinese Company. Poor product, extremely small sizing and material I would struggle to use as a duster. Quality is the same as Shein and Temu but 3 times more expensive. Sadly I looked at reviews of this Company too late. Do not buy from this Company.

This is no joke. The are scammers selling cheap fake products which are low quality and not as per website images or description. Then only offer a credit. Paid $60 for each and purchased 2 shirts.

Then to get your money back, you have to send to back to CHINA only to FIXED Address within 30 days to MAYBE a refund if its received and to their satisfaction. Cost $26 for 0.5 KG via Aust Post Int.

What a way to fleece your money with little to no recourse.

Even the 5 STAR Ratings in Trust Pilot are fake and all the same one-liner comments on the same days.

Total scam. You get better quality from Temu. The measurements are a joke. The fabric is nasty. They don’t want to refund you - they play all sorts of games making it hard to return too.

Please do not risk losing your money - MILLS Melbourne is NOT located in Melbourne. I ordered a pair of silver leather sandals, they arrived and were white sparkled sandals. However, the sandals were too large for me. Mia, the customer support person said "I can only get a full refund if I pay for pack and track postage to a dodgy address in China." The cost to return the sandals will cost the same as the sandals. They are passing themselves off as a company in Melbourne, so buyer beware. All returns go to China and their company address is in the Netherlands. I have been scammed $56.90 AUD for fake leather sandals that don't fit me. I have submitted a complaint today to the Dept of Fair Trading.

They are selling absolute rubbish. The quality is terrible, and the sizing is worse. This misleading company makes it seem like it is from Australia but is actually a Norwegian-owned company shipping out of China.

Should have googled the company before making my purchase. Fell for an add on Instagram and the name of the store 'Mills Melbourne' led me to believe the orhodpedic sandels i bought for the sale price of $79.00 were of good quality. Arrived 20 days later direct from china...serched the image and low and behold these shoes are sold at Shein for $20.....avoid

This company is fraudulant and should not be permited to operate in Australia. Their products are not as described DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a bullshit company. Do not buy from them. They do not delivery what they advertise

Ordered orthopaedic sandals,haven’t received yet only emails from Mia the order has been processed,but reading all reviews fits to my mistrust. Believe I have been scammed. Do not order anything from this dishonest site pretending to be in Melbourne. The red flag was that all emails are sent at 2:00am what made me look further into the site.
