This Website is a scam.

They are selling very cheap things from China, and they arrive in a package that smells strongly of chemicals, so much so that I didn't want to get too close.

I bought a pair of sneakers, and I'm scared to donate them because they might be toxic; I might throw them away.

Buyer beware. You will not get what you paid for and you will not get what you are hoping for. This is a scam. All the negative reviews are correct. I just wish Id read them before buying. I purchased a pair of slip on shoes and received a pair of gross glue smelling shoes made from material you would use for a stuffed toy animal - not a pair of shoes. Unwearable. I basically just threw my money in the bin.

THESE GUYS ARE LITERALLY A SCAM COMPANY.

Here is how it works:

You order your items based on what you see on their website and most Aussie customers think they are in Melbourne. They are not. They are either based in Norway or China.

When the items arrive you realise they are not what was on the website. They sent the cheapest crap you've ever seen. The bags are smaller and don't have stitching etc. and the clothes are equally not the same quality as what's being sold on the website at retail prices.

You rightfully complain and they tell you you have to send it back AT YOUR OWN COST TO CHINA, at a price possibly higher than you paid WITHOUT A GUARANTEE of a refund. And they must receive it within 30 DAYS.

So... not only are you stuck with fraudulent items, you are being asked to PAY AGAIN to return them to a foreign country with no guarantee of a refund.

Then, they offer a discount to keep it LOL But, the item they sent you is literally only worth a few dollars. It's not what you ordered at all.

This is a SCAM to allow them to legitimately steal from you and frustrate you to the point you either comply with their silly game or lose your money. Either way... THEY KNOW, you will see the price to return it to China is far larger than what they offer. So they are counting on you giving in.

The result: THEY GET FREE MONEY for absolutely nothing. Congrats, they just stole money from you from a totally fraudulent transaction. Please report to the ACCC.

This company is a complete sham. Like the other reviewers I ordered a product which looked nice but what arrived was absolutely nothing that I paid for. I wanted a return but they tried talking me out of it over 10 emails and when I said I wanted to return it they gave me a dodgy address in China. After 3 months the item was returned saying it was rejected by the receiver. They are crooks. Don't go anywhere near them.

There is no quality control on their products. I ordered 2 blouses that looked nothing like the photos when they finally arrived and 2 completely different sizes , one is tiny and much smaller than the other. The fabric and print look very different from the photos.
I ordered from this company as I thought they were Aust based, the pricing is expensive even if bought at a retail outlet in Australia.
I cannot recommend their products and they are getting cheap labour from China with no quality contol at all.

I realised I could get the same dress from Asia more cheaply from other websites. I chose to pay the extra, thinking the store had an Australian base, so the dress would arrive in a reasonable timeframe and perhaps would have a little bit of local quality control. I ordered the dress on the 6th Feb, and it arrived on the 24th Feb, posted directly from China. I won't be purchasing from here again because I feel like the company is purposely misleading customers with the purpose of overcharging.

I ordered a dress that was very cheap quality and wasn't made well- the strap was made with an open loop ring which meant when you wear it, it falls off.
I requested for a refund and decided k pay for shipping. They weren't happy with it. MONTHS LATER the item bounced back due to them not picking it up. Now im down over 100$ for their issue for a dress flat is t even worth $30.

I dont even want to give this company 1 star. I was lead to believe they were in Melbourne and it took weeks to get my order. The garment I received was such poor quality I could not give it to the person I had bought it for.
Be warned do not shop here!

I posted my negative review about their cheap smelly product from China ( Not Melbourne )sandals took a month to arrive . Since then they have flooded Trustpilot with FAKE reviews , all of them posted on same day from bots with 1 Review . Dishonest company with really rubbish product !!!

Total scam.. will NEVER purchase from this company again. Firstly, they mislead consumers by advertising as an Australian company, however, the products come from China and are very poor quality. I purchased 2 pairs of pull overs at an average cost of AUD 72 per pair. They are are poorly made and of inferior quality.. and they don't fit! The same item you can get on sheen for $10.

DO NOT SHOP - ITS A SCAM. China company, NOT Melbourne! Ordered over three months ago and it just didn’t show up. Emailed over 10 times asking for my money back and they just send a link saying in transit. Never arrived and no refund given. Read reviews before purchasing.

My package never arrived and they are not providing a refund just keep diverting. Now been chasing for over 2 months.

I ordered a ‘cotton blend’ plain jacket in 3XL based on their website measurements. After a long delay, what I received was a 100% synthetic ‘M’ size with huge steel rings down the back. It had unstitched seams and nicks in the fabric which were stitched over. Despite saying they have a base in Melbourne, all responses to my queries were received around 2am! They tried all sorts of feeble attempts like refunding 20 or 30%, but that would leave me out of pocket hugely with something I cannot wear….let alone being totally the wrong product. There is no customer care! They want me to pay to ship back the items they decided to send like it was a change of mind! It is simply they have not sent what was described and ordered. I have screenshots of everything and copies of all emails. Fortunately I paid via Paypal and they are still trying to diminish their responsibility. Just never trust or buy from this business! You will not get what you ordered & they make a tidy profit hoping people will ‘give up’. Either do not purchase or don’t give up. Consumers need to make a stand against such unethical businesses!

I ordered a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago and they are still not here. I have sent multiple emails asking for information with very vague and automated responses. I have used the tracking number to check where they are but none of the details are in English and they seem to have no moved from wherever they are for over 2 weeks. I have been following up every couple days and now am not getting a response at all from Mills Melbourne. There “shipping promise” is a load of rubbish, and their customer service is zero. Don’t buy from here.

Unfortunately, I ordered a garment that didn’t fit. I sent my complaint to the site and received an immediate response from a very kind and understanding individual. It is rare to engage in a constructive communication with anyone when shopping online but I have had nothing but polite communication with one individual which has really encouraged me to shop with the site. Thank you so much for being accommodating about my order.

Product too small but was advised I would have to pay for the return but they offered mr a 20% refund and I could keep the product. They also offered 15% off other purchases. Decided to accept and ordered a bigger size. When it arrived it was exactly the same size. Requested a refund but had to measure and photograph both products and send off. All too much so accepted a 30% discount. Well out of pocket and have two items that don't fit. Almost feels like a scam.

Can I post a -10? Worst quality and not what they advertised. Photos of lovely clothes etc, what turned up I wouldn’t spend at the dollar store…
