The lamp was nothing like the image on the website. Total scam. A cheap plastic toy vaguely resembled the stain glass lamp I thought I was buying.

I ordered 2 bra’s which came but were very poor quality and design. Upon asking to return and refund they offered a 20% refund or 100% voucher so I took the 100% voucher. Ordered a pair of mens shorts, they came, they looked very different from the advertised item, but I would have worn them except they were also 2-3 sizes too small. Would not recommend this company to anyone, and, by the looks of reviews here, I didn’t do my due diligence on my research of their business practices. Lesson learned, thank you Mills Melbourne.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely do not buy from this company. Dresses I ordered were garbage. I wouldn’t even use it for rags. Sent back for refund with no success.

So I did research on this company yes same images are on TEMU they buy from Temu and charge you top dollar they pay $9.00 to buy the shoes i got but charged me $61.14 no box the stitching on the shoes are broken and not even glued properly 🤬 i contacted them and this lady called Mia offered me 20% refund i said no then 30 % I said no so I did more research sent Mia from Mills-Melbourne screen shots from temu of the shoes and i sad stuff this i contacted PayPal I put in a dispute not even 24 hours later PayPal ruled in my favour and got my money back for me if you paid with PayPal dispute them for faulty stock

This is actually dresses from Temu. I asked for a refund but was advised I could keep the $69 Dress and receive 20% back or I could receive a credit note for the full amount and still keep the original Dress!

Do not purchase from this website! the dress i received was completely unacceptable and nothing like the picture. when i asked for a return, which they state on their website is possible within 30 day they totally ghosted me and i haven't heard from them since and all correspondence has been deleted. absolutely disgraceful.

BEWARE of the 30 day return, which is prominent on the sales pages of the website. The T&C's say you can return to Asia at your own expense. In reality, they don't want product back (no return address in Asia forthcoming) instead an offer for crappy 20% discount, or a credit to get more stuff you don't want .....because the product is truly awful.

They send faulty goods and refuse to refund your money. They delay responding, stall by requesting photos , more photos and video to demonstrate the fault but refuse to acknowledge. Then it is outside 30 day return window and you haven't sent it back - but they never asked you to or provided a return address. Total trap and I stupidly fell for it all.

They are not a Melbourne based business. They send fake products or extremely poor quality. Absolute sham of a business.

After making a purchase back in November, my parcel has never arrived. And contacting them multiple times to ask questions on where my parcel could be, they continuously tell me the same thing “we will chase it up and get back to you” etc.
4 months later and I have never seen my parcel or had a refund.

I bought a bag from what I thought was a local Melbourne retailer. After placing my order I discovered they are based in Asia. Delivery of my bag took weeks and when it finally arrived I opened the bag to discover that the inside of the bag smells of rotten fish so I can’t use it. Return postage has to be paid for by the purchaser making it extremely difficult to return the faulty item….don’t buy from them

Bought a blouse that could have been made by a first grade school child. Seams off, no tags, no washing instructions and no indication of where the blouse was made. I spent three months attempting to get a refund, which I finally received, however, they would not pay for the postage I paid to return a faulty blouse. Mills of god know where is super dodgy. Don’t support this shameful sweat shop.

Wish I had of read theses comments first. Experienced all the same as mentioned above. Don't do it.

Do not trust this website. Spent my hard earned money on shoes that wouldn't last a day of wear and given an option of a small refund or exchange for other products.

No option for NO stars, which is a shame, as this company does not deserve any. Melbourne by name, NOT location. A Chinese company masquerading as AU based.

Originally, I could not find the shoes after I received the delivery notification, as they were not delivered in a shoe box to the front door, as one would expect.

Instead these cheap fake shoes, were shoved into a ziplock bag, reams of bubble wrap and a postage bag, and shipped from overseas - jammed into my tiny letterbox.

Melbourne by name only, NOT location.

If i could give this site a 0 star i would, cheap knock offs, ordered a pair of shoes that looked fantastic on the photo only to be sent some cheap wish shoes which were way too small and looked nothing like the image used.
Luckily i only ordered one pair (was going to order in all colours) but was checking the sizing first.

Absolute scam.
I was drawn in by the professional looking website and the name, leading me to believe this was a boutique based in Melbourne, Australia.
In reality it is a knock-off store based in China. I ordered a pair of trainers that could not really be called trainers. Extremely cheap material glued together - to the point that they reeked of the cheap glue.
Wish I’d done my research before purchasing but I didn’t and they took me hook, line and sinker. Don’t make the same mistake I did - keep well clear of these scam artists!!

Do not buy from this website. They use photos of legitimate clothes and then send you a cheap knock off from China that looks nothing like the photo. I ordered a dress that the website said was made of silk, it is instead made of polyester and in a completely different colour way. They also do not do refunds (despite saying they do on the website) will only offer a partial (20%) refund or store credit and you have to pay for shipping back to China (minimum $40). I’m annoyed I got sucked in - don’t be too!

Absolutely disgusting. The dress I bought was nothing like what was advertised. 3/4 sleeves came to the end of my fingers. Just a sack with elastic in the waist. WhenI asked for refund th get offered all types of discounts then a credit?? Will never but anything again from them. Be aware. Will donate to the OP shop.
