Bought shoes which never arrived. Contacted the customer service who stopped replying. Terrible customer service. Don’t purchase from them! Still awaiting the shoes which I purchased two months ago for a wedding.

I would give this company zero stars.
I ordered a coat for $100 and when it arrived it was COMPLETELY different from the coat in the illustration and made from poor quality fabric. Do not order anything from this company. I am so disappointed and now out by $100.

Complete junk! Cheap Chinese imports. I wanted to return for refund but you have to pay for shipping back to China. They gsve me 40% of what I paid - rip off!

I bought 4 jumpers from this site as I thought it an Australian site, and I was sick of being ripped of by Chinese scammers, well guess what I was ripped op again, the jumpers were way to small, the 3XL was exactly the same size as the 5XL, I contacted them straight away and they asked for the order number which I supplied by return email, absolutely nothing in return, no contact was ever made after this. I sent them pictures of the jumpers showing the the sizes were exactly the same, I just wanted to try to exchange them. You could hear 🦗 crickets, no further contact was ever heard, very poor service, very small sizes not what they advertised so BEWARE… do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this website. I recently bought a pair of shoes and the product received has a strong chemical smell and is in poor quality to what is displayed on their website. I tried to get this returned and get a full refund, however the vendor offered me a 30% refund without return or a voucher to buy another pair. However with quality of the item received, I am concerned in getting anything from that vendor. Then they offered me a 50% refund. Also the return policy is to return to an address in China despite the item being sent from a local NSW address. I have had to make a complaint about the company to a consumer authority.

Totally useless-poor quality Chinese- too small, too thin (shoes) too lightweight. They obviously use their Mills of Melbourne name to disguise this. Total waste of money and not that it mattered in the end it was the slowest delivery ever.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes (more fool me!) Appalling quality. Really cheap and tacky and would definitely not last long. Also too small. Asked about refund and was offered discount vouchers to buy more! No thanks! Obviously trading on using the name Melbourne but it’s out of China. Save your money! I learned my lesson. These will go to the charity shop, just incase anyone else can get some use out of them. Scam (ironically delivered 1/4/25)

None of the dressed look like what they look like on the website no.1, and no.2, they’ve called their company a “Melbourne” company however if you have to contact anyone or return an item you’re not speaking to anyone from Australia!! I ordered an item worth about $130 back in OCTOBER 2024, returned it the week after it arrived, they said they could give me $30 refund and I keep the dress, but what’s the point of keeping something that looks NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISING! So i went for the refund option, paid $30 for tracked parcel return to china. Sent them my tracking number and it’s now almost April 2025, they’re saying they’ve never recieved my parcel and aren’t giving me a refund. I’ve now spent $160 not getting any of my money back. Australia post told me that more than likely with these small companies, they drag on the return process for months in the hopes that the customer forgets about their return, and they usually send a fake return address to you in china, and once the parcel gets into china the tracking stops as they don’t scan the parcel anymore. Very very very upset and hope I can dispute the payment with my bank. Save yourself the time and headache. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

These items are shipped from China. This is not a Melbourne store. The items were completely different and VERY poor quality. Stay clear of this fraudulent store.

A scam subpar joint that uses the Australian city name in their company name to deceive customers while operating offshore.

Their ads are all fake photoshopped and their refund policy, once you see the horrid clothes they actually send, is even worse. It actually doesn’t exist.

I had to take action to get my money back. They don’t have a policy, they lie and scam to try to deter you from getting your money back by dragging out their so-called refund process, dangling 10%, 15%, 20% money back hoping you cave. Luckily, I didn’t, so their scam failed on me.

After purchasing 2 dresses for $125 and waiting 3 weeks they were ( super bad quality ) shipped straight out of china.

They claim to have a 30 day refund policy & on requesting the refund they try to barder offering first 20% and then 30% of your money back attempting to scare you with the price of postage cost.

After 4 times begging for the return address ( which is a Chinese address) I've done research to find this is a scam used on multiple “Australian clothing websites” BYRON BAY BOUTIQUE, NOOSA BOUTIQUE & MILLS MELBOURNE just to name a few.

Ive seen other people have sent back the items after paying postage only to receive the package back as the address is fake

AVOID. The head office is in the Netherlands, products made in China. It’s junk and a rort. So when a plastic SMOCK arrived instead of a dress, 4 weeks after I’d placed the order, my only recourse was to return the item registered post within 30 days to get a refund. Tip - that’s expensive. I was then offered a 50% refund. I think this is against Australian consumer law - but who has time for that? Very angry.

The blouse took a while to come. It was in good condition but no tags and a small fit.
It came from Asia and returns are too Asia and return by request only .

It is all lies. It doesn’t come from Melbourne, it is just a Chinese factory shipping things.
They send from China and it isn’t quick.
They are no different to Temu, the items aren’t on sale, they never have been those prices advertised.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Took weeks to arrive and when they did i could smell them through the packaging. They have an incredibly strong chemical smell and are very clearly cheaply made imported shoes shipped from overseas. They have such a strong smell i had to put them straight outside. These are shoes that cost $65 on sale. They are absolutely revolting and I will never once wear them. 100% do not buy from this company.

If I was allowed to give zero stars I would. Do not trust this company. They misrepresent their products. The item I bought was even broken, was not glass, unless glass is now cheap resin, and they have done all they can to ignore contact about the item. It is bad enough that I am pushing this through to both consumer affairs for the misrepresentation and my lawyer for making sure that they don’t make others suffer. I hate dishonest traders and they are definitely that.

I ordered a very expensive stained glass lamp and was sent a cheap plastic knock off that appears to have been painted by a child. It doesn’t even plug in, it turns on with a button like a toy. Mills Melbourne has a very professional looking website and is posing as if they are Australia based, but upon further investigation I realised they’re a small scam group based in china.

Cheap junk from a company pretending to be Australian, but takes weeks yo arrive from china. Avoid.

Clothes weren't shipped via DHL or FedEx as stated. Took weeks to arrive. Materials were cheap and flimsy, no lining on one jacket, not suitable to wear. Returns are to Asia at own expense. Never again.
