I ordered a blazer for $66 and it is truly appalling. It’s not lined, threads are hanging from seams, the size doesn’t correspond to their chart. And their return policy, which I didn’t check before the purchase, suggests that I may have to pay the cost of the postage to Hong Kong!

Quality of product very sub par and not at all described or looks like images on their website. Product made in China and the name is 100% misleading.
Returns process very simple. Options either refund of 20% of purchase price, or 100% of purchase price into a voucher.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, we did not receive what we paid for. False advertising & cheaply made products

We ordered the Lars Mills bags on the 10th of April, but we were sent out the wrong ones. The ones we received say jeep on the bag and multiple times on the shoulder strap. There is no way you will fit a laptop in it and it is poor quality and cheaply made. These exact same bags are available on amazon for $45. Extremely disappointed in these items

This company is a scam They’re not based in Melbourne. They are based in Asia. They sent me a shitty quality item which did not match the description and the image online. When I tried to return, they offered me 20% of the product or a voucher for the same amount of the value of the product I purchased.

Do not use this company you will be disappointed.

Rubbish, Rubbish, Rubbish. Service and information provided was very poor. Delivery - extremely slow - still have not received the items and tracking is useless (20days since ordering).

They are a Scam. They make themselves out to be a Melbourne Australia store but they are an online Chinese retailer. The sizing they sent was completely incorrect and when I contacted them for a refund I was offered a 20% refund or I could choose to pay to return them myself to get a full refund which would have been more than the cost of the shoes. Do not buy from this store

I rarely bother with reviews but wanted to warn other people about this site. The hoody I bought was absolutely nothing like advertised. Cheap, horrible, thin, not embroidered just a decal. I got sucked in and should know better - I hope this review stops someone else wasting their money.

Faulty products and horrible customer support, do not buy from this site. They hide behind a vague customer support page, escalated to my credit card company.

SCAM COMPANY. Thought they were an Australian company with the name but this is probably part of the scam. Purchased 5 zip up Polo shirts. They were advertised as HUGO Polos high quality blah, blah, blah. They arrived and were cheap unbranded polyester Chinese crap, zip was broken on one of them. Cost A$60 each. Threatened them with informing PayPal and consumer affairs. Ended up getting 50% of my money back and keeping the shirts although I wouldn’t be seen dead in them. They did said they would refund all my money if I sent them back to you know where, CHINA, this was going to cost A$70. I didn’t trust they would get there. Decided to cut my losses and take the 50% refund which I did receive to my suprise, the polos are now at the local op shop. Please don’t buy from this site

I Bought a woman’s trench coat for 125 dollars and the quality is very poor. Buttons are cheap and sewing is terrible. Arms are too small

Purchased a scuffers hoodie that was on clearance for $60. Never purchasing from here again. The hoodie was fake. Extremely thin and light material, not oversized at all. I’m usually a medium in hoodies but when it comes to oversized ones I like to order a small. The hoodie was way too tight and not comfy, looking nothing like the image, it had drawstrings which the image doesn’t even have, the hoodie doesn’t even have a size tag.

The cashmere? scarf that I ordered was so light and transparent. This is the 2nd time I have mistakenly ordered from them. Fabric is cheap. Never again.

I received my dress and it's not suitable and I am requesting a refund, and they keep offering other options. I keep asking for a refund and a return address, but they are skirting it and not providing the return address to initiate the refund.

The website and clothes looked deceivingly Australian. I wanted a quality jumper for my daughter and thought from the name it was a Melbourne brand. No, I basically spent $100 on a cheap, polyester highly flammable, uncomfortable, poorly fitting jumper from Asia. Very disappointing. Threw it out and bought a jumper from Rebel Sport instead.

Would not buy from this company very deceiving sizing ridiculous if you want to return anything you are responsible to return it China more than what the product cost

Do not buy from them. Scammers. Ordered “leather” clogs, turns out plastic rubber things that look nothing like in the photo

I can not beleive I got sucked in to buy from these SCAMMERS. Three shorts size medium, all three were different sizes.
