Wish I’d looked here earlier. Sent wrong product. Extremely difficult to get a refund- they offer 30% of the item price or return to Asia at own expense. Poor quality handbag that was smaller than advertised measurements. Buyer beware. Lodging a complaint with ACC.

Their returns policy is terrible.
I had to send products back to China, with tracking, which cost me over $30. Even before returning products they tried to bargain with me, offering 40% back and letting me keep the products (which didn't fit so i had no use for them). They offer money back guarantee, but then you need to ship products to China, despite them looking like an Australian company on their website.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and apparently they were delivered to my address, however I was home at the time. When I reported non delivery to Mills, they said they would follow up with their courier, who provided photos proving that they delivered them to the wrong address! I again contacted Mills, and I requested a refund, however they keep telling me they are “investigating” the delivery with the courier (the courier provided photos of the delivery TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Mills has still not refunded me and now I am contacting the ACCC and reporting them for fraudulent practices! I just want my money back! I would say do not buy from this company! Save your money and hassle and buy from a reputable company!

I have had 2 bad experiences with Mills. They pitch as an Auatralian company, but the products are not local. The quality of both items I bought was well below expected especially for the pricing. For shoes particularly, the insides are really bad. I would avoid buying from them even if everything looks really promising on the website. Can I also say, the shipping takes an incredibly long time and not allowing reviews on products is a huge red flag.

BUYER BEWARE ____ Total scam site ordered and products were appalling quality - gave them away to Charity. This is not an Australian company. Also a week later I had a fraudulent charge on the credit card i used for my purchase. Hmmmmm - card cancelled after that.

Total scam site. Sent the wrong item and then wants me to pay for the return. I have reported to Australian authorities. Please don't use this site it is not legitimate and you will waste your money.

I thought I was purchasing from a Melbourne based business. The boots I purchased were $100 ON SALE and they didn't even come in a box. It has come from china, the quality is not good.

Buyer beware! Total scam - heavily marked up products you could get for a fraction of the price on Temu / Shein. The returns process is so costly and prohibitive - you may as well take the L and move on with your life.

I will never order from Mills 'Melbourne' again. Coloured denim jacket is very poor quality (thin fabric, buttons hanging off etc), smells strongly of chemicals, is incorrectly sized according to Mills Melbourne's own size guide, and took 3 weeks to arrive. While I theoretically *could* return the product to China - at my own expense - I have no faith that anything positive would come from that. It was an expensive and disappointing lesson.

Having made several attempts to place an order, it finally went through with confirmation and taking my money. The next thing I receive a message saying I cancelled the order and have not received the refund or the goods

This company advertises stock at a sale price which generally disallows returns. I thought this was a bonafide Australian business, but these goods come from China, the quality of material is laughable and there are no labels attached. Time they were made to state their country of origin. This is a scam!!

This company sells fake products and items that are easily available on Temu! They are based in China not Melbourne. Do not order anything from them!!! It took 3 weeks to receive my order!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I recently purchased sandals which were a Shein product and they rebranded and sold them for 59.99 they would not refund me even though the quality is extremely poor. My daughter took a pick of the sandals and found the exact product on Shein. Please think twice before you buy anything. I requested to get a refund and was only offered a credit to buy another increase priced Shein item!

Bought a $70 jumper marked down from $110. The quality is highly questionable. Could find better quality in Thailand for 1/8 of the prices! SHOCKING QUALITY feel completely ripped off this experience has reminded me to check reviews!!!

Fake and Misleading company!!! They are NOT based in Melbourne!!! Do not buy anything from them, over priced cheap items with a expensive price tag!!!!

Only offer a partial refund when I told them I wasn't happy with my order, even Temu has a better refund policy NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!

Misleading claims. Majority of clothes are the same as on Temu and Shein but SO much more expensive. Company is in China and is associated with "Mood Melbourne" who have been reported for fraud and breaches of consumer laws.

I ordered a jumper, sized up, and you know those images where they show a nice long sleeve?…..well, the sleeves on the jumper I received were 4inches above my wrist!
I normally wear a 10 to 12….. the XL was tight, short and was not even close to wool.
Their returns system is rubbish. They offered a credit to buy something else as it was too ‘expensive’ for them to replace the item with a different size from china.
Absolute waste of money.

Mills Melbourne should be called "MILLS HONG KONG." Ordered 3 pairs of shoes but only one pair turned up.

Don’t know why they call themselves Mills Melbourne they are an Asian company just the same as SHEIN or Temu but with massive price rise they pretend that your buying locally but it’s not there fake and need to be found out for who they are
