Great service. All orders received the next day as promised.
I had a couple of problems but all issues were answered promptly and was a pleasure to do business with them.

So far the petrol jet wash has been amazing and just as advertised. Great products, fast delivery and good customer service.

We were extremely impressed with Miller and Mason Their helpline and advice team are ‘real’ knowledgeable people who are caring and considerate
We bought a generator and are very happy with our purchase, we even had help loading our car ! We would definitely buy again from them Thank you Miller and Mason for your excellent sales and customer care The Morrison’s

I bought a wet and dry vacuum cleaner and returned it within the 14 day cooling off period at my own expense and followed all their rules. The company then argued with me about my refund and deducted money from my purchase price due to an alleged "slightly damaged box"!! They state "30-day hassle free returns". Absolutely not true. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trading Standards informed.

Wouldn’t recommend. As when
You arrive you’ll find out he only is open to locals

A great power washer for the price and quick delivery even to Northern Ireland. Would recommend them

I phoned the company to order my high pressure, petrol powered jet washer. The price was fantastic and the purchase was successfully completed over the phone. I was advised that it would be shipped that day and was likely to be delivered the next day. It actually did arrive the next day. It was incredibly well packed and it was easy to assemble. I followed all the rules about filling the engine with oil and topping up the pump with the same engine oil. I put a bit of PTFE tape on the wand thread connector as a precaution and started the machine. It fired up no problem.
Don’t take any notice of the poor ticktoc review by a lady who was trying to put me off. I had none of her issues at all.
My son borrowed the washer to clean an elderly lady’s stone patio. She was delighted and said it was done better than the previous person’s attempts. Her patio came up like new and it was done in a couple of hours only.
Absolutely brilliant.

Great value pressure washer. Ease of ordering.
Fantastic quick delivery.
Would definitely consider using this company again.

This appears to be a really good machine. I have used it once and it did the job that I bought it for. Esy to work, automatic switch off when not spraying and no too heave to move around.

The delivery was prompt and well packaged, the courier [DPD] was excellent and very professional.

The only down sie that I noticed was a lack of information on how to set up the hose reel for those not too mechanically minded.

I recently received my pressure washer from Miller & Mason and couldn't be happier with the service. The item arrived on time, was competitively priced, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I would not hesitate to recommend Miller & Mason to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I was a bit worried about ordering international delivery, but millerandmason.com exceeded my expectations. They delivered the product to Poland without any problems. The quality is absolutely amazing compared to the price, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great company!

Very bad customer service, product is Made In China.
Absolutely jockers. 100% I don't recommend buying anything from them.

Great price for a post hole auger. Delivered within two days. Everything in box as advertised. Easy to build up. Mixed fuel and added to the tank. Primed as instructed and machine started on third pull. Works brilliant. Great wee machine and i am really pleased with it. Well done Millarand mason.

Absolutely outstanding service. Paid for item late on the Tuesday Evening, received email acknowledging my order within minutes. Email received the next day to inform me my item has been despatched, item was received by me on the Thursday morning. Can't expect any better than that. I have recommended this company to a friend who I think will be ordering from them soon. Thank you for an excellent service.
.

I bought a petrol operated two stroke hole auger.
Great piece of equipment does a great job .
Came with numerous attachments and extensions.enabling me to go two feet deep in soil for concrete fence posts.
I would recommend this Auger and the price was discounted for the month of May.

Great product, good value. Prompt delivery.

Concrete mixer arrived in good time. Technically it was a graded item.
Only challenge was that the provided instructions were for a different model or version so I had to use my brain to build it properly. The seal between the top and bottom of the drum is very poor and leaks when operating but for the price it's still good value. If you order one of these please note that you cannot fit a wheelbarrow under the drum to poor into. You'll need a big garden bucket to poor your mix into

Ordering was straight forward. Delivery was prompt on time. Product seems very good, assembly ok apart from blades required a little bit of Persuasion to fit, but otherwise easy enough.

Ordered online, quick delivery, quality item, thank you miller and mason for a quick and easy shopping experience
