Worst service anyone could ever offer. Their customer support as well as delivery partner everyone's worst

Meesho has cheated me on 4 separate occasions where I prepaid for the easy returns order; they sent wrong, broken or damaged products or products that didn’t even look like the image. When I tried to return, they either never sent back my money or said I couldn’t return. Now their agents / responses claim they can’t do anything as return period is over. The recent most issue happened on 3rd of September 2026. I need someone from Meesho to contact me and resolve my issues and return my money for each of the orders.

Meesho company sabse ghatiya hai ye costumer ke saath scam karte hai return ki complaint bhi nhi lete hai or jb costumer care se baat kro to kahte hai ki aapne return ke liye apply hi nhi kiya

Never ever buy anything from meshoo. They are unprofessional running a fraud company. Their delivery partners are fraud. They will collect multiple products during pick up and then the company will deny for refund and the products mostly will be defective. No support from help center team. I am putting legal case on meshoo

🚨 EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MEESHO – PREPAID ORDER BUT ONLY 1 PRODUCT DELIVERED! 🚨
I ordered 2 products and paid for both in advance, but Meesho delivered only 1 product. When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, I was simply told that their system is showing only 1 product
This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed and paid for an order of 2 products, so how can your system conveniently show only 1 after delivery? If there is a system/order processing error on Meesho’s side, why should the customer suffer for it?
What is even more frustrating is the careless and irresponsible response from customer supporter. Rather than properly investigating the issue and checking the order/payment details, they are just refusing to acknowledge the missing product.
I have paid for 2 products, but received only 1. Where is the second product and where has my money gone?
This is not just about one missing item — it is about **customer trust and accountability. A customer should not have to fight with a company after making a prepaid order.Meesho seriously needs to improve its order management and customer support.I would strongly advise buyers to double-check their orders and payments before trusting this platform with prepaid purchases.

Meesho should work on building Customer service effectively!!!!

The tone of the message relays the CS agents attitude towards the query raised.

I completely understand they act between parties trying to help us with our query and do not have solutions readily available but they can be more understanding and empathetic, should avoid abrupt and blunt replies as in this era of 'chat bots' it is much more helpful I would say.

Iam order one product that size is not fit so iam exchange product 20 th aug received delivery boy 25 th but not given exchange product.again cancel the order 1st sep without intimation.not refund my money 530 .in app 2 options is there chat are call I select chat agent s (3 members)are told 7 days money refund like but not received money.Today 8:46 pm I call to agent they're told to me chat is not accepted before 7 days you have to call know not refund your money this is not correct because of iam told already massage iam kept like not received my words simple saying not given money.i asked to her to give your head of department he told me call night 11 pm this is not correct way to talk like that.. refund ki phone cheyali massage kadhu annapudu Enduku option petaru Munday Natho chat chesina vallu chepochukada anta mosam ekada ..not given correct response also..I need refund money..this worst response irresponsible behaviour.

I ordered sunglass cases 4 qty.
Delivered hand gloves. Applied for return. Pickup agent came multiple times, asked OTP but refused to pick & said return not approved. I called multiple times & was told to correct the quantity as 4. I did it & again approval refused. I called again & was told that return window is closed.

Refund amount is still pending with Meesho

I ordered a product weighing 20 kgs and wanted to return because of poor quality. After 20 days, they’re asking me to self courier to Punjab from Bengaluru where they can bear maximum courier charge of ₹100 which is insane considering the distance. After I said that I would raise a complaint, suddenly the customer service has become unresponsive and say that they can’t hear me at all. No response from them. I don’t understand why my area was not unserviceable at the time of delivery. Worst platform and they support fraudulent sellers.

They tried to scam with me.. I bought two dresses from Meesho... but the fittings was not good so I decided to return them... they took return both the dresses but after that refund was not successful... I didn't get any money in my bank account ...I call them but didn't take any responsibility...they continuously told that they have sent the refund and they will not take any responsibility... I went to bank and checked my account there is no refund money in my account.. again I called the customer care service of meesho but they said the same thing that they will not take any responsibility because they have sent the money in my account... it was a utter lie... Then I complained in consumer forum through the toll free mobile number and also website... Just after 3 or 4 hours of complaining I got my money back in my bank account...

One and one worst service .. Cheap price and cheap quality with cheapest service

Meeso company trust available nhi hai wo pahle aapko sasta saman deti hai to aap usse khub order karte ho aur wo fast delivery dikhati hai but jab ye process aap as costomer continue karte ho to wo dhire dhire apke order ke saman ki jagah purana saman bhejti hai, aapka order jo 1 item tha usko 3 se 4 order kar deti hai, aapke order ko khud hi cancel kar deti hai aur kahti hai aap unke rules follow nhi karte & aapke naam, number ka CV kharab kar deti hai. It is totally fraud.

Third class service !!!... Entire customer service team is taking clients for granted..
Return pick up not done since a week..

Worst Service My Members.I have purchased a dress on 4Aug but the Quality was not nice. Next day I have given request for Retern , but ,20 days have been completed till no w no response. Order of is 316234115585614592
