There is a problem with the Meesho application. After opening the app, the 'Grocery' option simply isn't clickable. I filed a complaint, but I haven't received any solution. The customer care executives are just offering the same old, standard excuses—telling me to reinstall the app or to log out and log back in. I've tried doing all of that, but nothing seems to be working.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service and the app experience.
I placed an order for 1250 on March 16th, with a promised delivery date of March 26th. However, on that date, I received no updates or my package. I raised a ticket, and was told to wait for four days. After three days, I contacted customer support again, and they informed me that my package would be delivered by April 1st.
To my dismay, the package was suddenly canceled, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a callback and waited over 30 minutes, but never received one.
Please stop setting incorrect expectations for your customers. If we are your customers, it is essential that you learn how to communicate effectively with us.

Very Bad Experience as a Seller – Received Wrong Product in Return
I am a supplier on Meesho and I had a very disappointing experience.
I shipped my original product to the customer, but when the order was returned, I received a completely different and used product. This has caused me a financial loss.
I raised a complaint regarding this issue, but I did not receive proper support or a satisfactory resolution.
This kind of issue is very concerning for sellers who trust the platform for their business.
I would strongly advise other sellers to:
- Keep proper proof of packaging (video/photos)
- Check returned items carefully
- Be cautious while selling on the platform

Extremely poor experience with Meesho
Extremely poor experience with Meesho. I placed an order which was never properly processed. When I contacted support, Arsh Kapoor informed me that they were facing system issues and couldn’t even see my order details. Eventually, the order was cancelled from their side without any resolution.
I still chose to trust Meesho and placed the same order again. This time, the delivery agent (Teji Singh) behaved very disrespectfully and refused to deliver the order. There was no proper delivery attempt or communication.
When I contacted customer support again, Payal (on call) and Anand Raj (on chat) were not helpful at all. They showed no concern about the delivery agent’s behavior and simply asked whether I wanted the product or not, instead of taking responsibility or resolving the issue. I was also told that they cannot do anything about the delivery agent’s conduct.
This shows a complete lack of accountability, both in delivery and customer support. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered 9 quantityof stainless steel dinner plates but received only 1 plate on 09 March 2026. I raised a return request the same day, but the pickup failed because the system expects 9 quantity instead of the 1 actually delivered.
The app does not allow me to update the correct received quantity, so I am stuck — unable to return or cancel the order.
I have already raised multiple complaints, but even after 3+ days, there is no proper response. Customer support is extremely frustrating — agents do not understand the issue and keep giving generic replies.
Very poor service and support. Completely disappointed.

it is the worst and cheating on site platform... Please don't buy any products from Meesho. They won't refund for cancelled/return items. They simply put the status 'Refund Successful' but money won't be credited to your account. There is no use by taking help from call center.
The worst CEO I have ever seen
The worst CEO I have ever seen. Completely incapable of managing his team or taking responsibility. There is zero leadership, zero planning, and absolutely no accountability. Decisions are careless, communication is poor, and the work environment becomes frustrating because of constant mismanagement. Instead of guiding the team, this CEO only creates confusion and pressure. Problems are ignored rather than solved, and talented people feel demotivated and undervalued. It feels like the company is running without any real direction. A leader should inspire and support their team, but here it’s the opposite. Overall, this has been the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Extremely dangerous, they are fraud. Recently I ordered a product, but they didn't deliver . When I call them they said that product is delivered by confirming otp. But interesting fact is I didn't share otp or there was no verification by otp. They complete fraud my money along with product.
