Ordering my sofa online from Medley was easy and straightforward. The company was very good at keeping me informed regarding the status of my order. I love my sofa, it is comfortable, well made and the color is true to what's on the website. I would absolutely recommend Medley furniture to my friends and family.

I loved how easy it was to customize my new sectional with all the eco-friendly/all-natural features I wanted. It felt a little crazy at first to buy such a pricey sectional sight unseen, but we loved Medley's automated updates on the production process, and it was great to get the sectional even a bit earlier than we'd hoped. Delivery was flawless, and the sectional is even better quality than we'd imagined. I know we'll love it for many years to come. Thanks for making the custom furniture buying process so easy!

A friend recommended Medley when we were in the market for a new couch that didn't have any flame retardant materials. It's always worrisome buying furniture over the internet but after testing out their couch, found the cushioning and fabric to be very high quality. The process was smooth and easy to order.

I found Medley on the internet. After our first interactions with the person helping us, I felt like there was minimal risk to ordering furniture online from them. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and offered good suggestions. They sent samples and we had excellent communication throughout the process. I would order from Medley again in a heartbeat. Ordered a sofa bed and love it. The cushions are firm, love the look of the couch and fabric. Was skeptical about the actual bed. I finally slept on it myself and was comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. I was concerned as I struggle to sleep anywhere outside of my own bed. I am small so not sure how this would feel to someone who is larger. Delivery And clean up was efficient. Staff was super helpful as I had changed my Fabric choice after my original order. Customer service was excellent and grateful to have a clean product in my home.

I am so glad I found Medley. I love that the site and staff helped me find the cat and kid friendly fabric that is also attractive (and it is working, the cats are not scratching it!!), that the couch is well made and handmade in the USA with healthy and sustainable materials and has a clean, attractive modern look.

Excellent customer service and I love that all the materials are non toxic. Beautifully constructed sofa and we did have a small issue with the fabric but Medley definitely made it right. Would highly recommend!

Great! All reps were responsive, professional, and kind. When someone did not have the answer to a question, I was always appropriately referred on to someone who did. They were more than generous in time and effort with decisions like fabric selection and sent a ton of samples at no cost. I enjoyed the process. We are also very pleased with our furniture.

I ordered Ason Sofa XL from this company. The quality is outstanding! The customer service was really helpful. I wasn't sure what color I like so they sent me a bunch of samples. I got a notification every time when the status of the order was changed. So I could see the process in my account.
The time frame was 6-8 weeks. I got mine in 8 weeks. I suppose I could got it sooner if it wasn't a holiday season.

I am very pleased with my association with Medley. We ordered a custom sectional to fit a unique space in our home. Laura worked with me and was very prompt with the design and regularly corresponded about progress. I also wanted different size legs and these were sent to me after the couch arrived. We have had the sectional a month and are very happy. We regularly get comments from friends about the design and comfort. I also love that this company is eco friendly. My next couch will be a Medley for sure!

Very pleased with our Rio Sofa and would highly recommend purchasing! Medley was great about answering questions I had about fabric color and texture and the swatch set they sent made purchasing through an online retailer even easier. They were very thorough with updates on the process of building the couch and it arrived faster than initially anticipated. The couch is STUNNING and we’ve gotten so many compliments. It’s also comfortable yet sleek looking and there was no “new furniture” or “factory” smell when it arrived. We are so happy with our couch - it brings me joy everyday!

The manufacture time is way more than estimate on the website. Also there was an additional delay and wasn’t communicated until last minute.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone we interacted with. It was a big purchase for us, and we wanted to be sure we were selecting the right color, dimensions, etc. and the whole team was incredibly helpful and responsive. We get compliments on the couch every time someone comes over. More importantly, it's comfortable and we feel great about letting our baby play onnit and stuck his face in the cushions. I was a little afraid to order furniture sight unseen from a company I hadn't heard of before but I am so happy I took a chance. I ordered the Rio sofa and chair and I love them both. They are so comfortable. Medley kept me updated throughout the entire process. My order came earlier than expected and the delivery people were great. Would definitely recommend them to others.
