Everything was great! The website was very clear about what choices were available, and your staff was ready to answer any additional questions we had. She even helped us regarding how we should adjust the height of the couch and which types of legs would go best with that height. After we placed our order, Medley sent regular updates about constructing the couch (and ottoman) as well as shipping and delivery information, all of which was helpful in planning for the arrival of our new furniture. Best of all, we are really pleased with the final product. It’s very comfortable and looks beautiful in our living room!

We are VERY happy with our Rio XL sofa, XL ottomans, and chair. After researching non-toxic furniture for a while, I decided on Medley and am happy I did. It is very well made and super nice looking! It did take a few months to receive it, which was expected, as I was advised of this when I ordered. It is not put into the production line until after you order it, as it is custom made to your specifications, so you should expect a wait. All went smoothly and I received status updates along the way. It was completely worth the wait.

I ordered a table and couch which were not inexpensive in early October. They were supposed to ship Dec 14. It is now Jan 14 and I don't have the table and couch. I contacted Medley weeks ago and they said their amazing shipping partner has them and would be in touch with me. The shipper has not contacted me. I contacted Medley again, they said something about Christmas and New Years and they expected I would be contacted by the shipper in the next week. I was not contacted by the shipper. I wrote the Medley customer service person again, and this time I received no response. That was last week. So apparently someone has my furniture, somewhere, and I may receive it some day. Right now I am regretting this purchase very much.

Great customer service and we love our new chemical-free couches

Very unhappy with this experience. It has been 14 weeks after my order and they cannot tell me why the sofa that I ordered has not moved past the “frames started and materials organized” status for months.

We purchased a couple of furniture pieces from Medley and were very pleased with the customer service. The quality of furniture is superior, wonderful craftsmanship, and a great choice of fabrics. I had a few questions before purchasing and the designer service was very helpful and quick to respond. We highly recommend Medley furniture!

I picked out some sample cloth. Got in touch with the staff and they sent me even more and more durable because I didn't know what I was looking at and she knew I had dogs. I chose a 200k double rub count thanks to her. The wait was accurate. And the shipping company was on time and professional. Love the couch and ottoman. Great business

The Mota Sofa and Ottoman are lovely and we couldn’t be happier. We opted for latex fill for the most support and long lasting comfort. This is a seriously comfortable couch. The lead time was accurate and honest and we received update emails along the way. The local delivery team was friendly. Great experience and a great product.

I love my new Medley sofa and chair. I was searching for a product that was nontoxic and eco friendly. I found both in this product. Due to the pandemic it took a little longer to get here, but it was well worth the wait. It is comfortable and really helps create a nice seating area.

We love this company for their non-toxic and eco-friendly furniture with solid wood frames. It's unbelievable how many chemicals go into a conventional sofa. If you have a good sense of smell you can smell all the chemicals for years on new furniture.

All furnitures should be custom made with quality and non-toxic material like the way medley does! The service is outstanding. This is probably going to be my furniture store for life!

A glowing review of Medley Home from a friend kickstarted our family room project. We settled on the Kirnik XL sofa in Fargo Saddle leather. Medley's design consultant, Laura, was immensely helpful with the selection. The 100 day return policy gave us confidence to place the order without actually seeing the piece.

The product shipped about a month late and is the only negative in the whole process.

The sofa is beautiful and is perfect for our family room. It is well constructed and very comfortable. I would recommend Medley without reservation.

I had a very positive experience with Medley. I will say the price is a bit higher than you would pay at another furniture store, but you get what you pay for and Medley's quality is top notch. Made in the US, customizable, eco friendly options, top quality craftmanship. Highly recommended.

Overall, the experience was great! I appreciate the furniture being made with eco-friendly material and it seems like it is high quality. We reached out once via email about the status of our couch after it was shipped and we got a response within a timely manner.

We received our custom sectional about 2 weeks ago and so far are very pleased with it. The process to purchase was really easy. We consulted with customer service on our fabric selection and ended up with 2 sets of samples so we were sure we got what we wanted. The communication via email and online portal was so helpful so we were completely aware of the timing. Our sectional shipped in the allotted time frame and arrived in the anticipated delivery window, as well. The manufacturing time aligned with other custom furniture manufacturers, but we were glad to be able to support a small, eco-conscious business and receive a high quality product. We would consider purchasing from Medley again and would recommend them to others.
