Shipping charges are very high.Some times I don't order items because of shipping charges. I look for other companies with like products and lower shipping costs.

Received my order promptly and in excellent condition. It was filled accurately and I am very pleased. Will be a regular customer from now on.

These guys are usually very reliable, but they really fell down on my last order. It started out normally and I received a shipping confirmation within a day or two of placing it. A week later I actually checked the tracking and it apparently had not left their facility. I sent an inquiry over the contact us link on their site and never received a reply. The next day the tracking updated to say Fedex had picked it up. So it would seem my order sat there for a week for no reason - I assume they would have replied to my inquiry if they had an explanation. They didn't and that's not acceptable either.

mcfeely's has always been good but I'm a little concerned that the yellow zinc finish on the screws doesn't look as good as it used to. I have lots of old and new screws to compare side by side and the new finish seems quite thin and of varying color whereas the old screws appear almost as if the screw is yellow zinc to its core and smoother on the outside.

McFeely’s has the best assortment of screws that I know of and I don’t waste time in a store searching for different types and sizes.
I can do all my shopping at home on their website whenever I have spare time.
Orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
My favorite are the pro-max screws. They pull framing tightly together, don’t split the wood and can be removed if necessary.
