Great selection and rapid shipment!
As usual, the fasteners fully met their description. One fly in this ointment remains - relatively high shipping costs that make small orders less viable. I also noted that one box of screws had no identification on them - they had to be opened, measured, and a marker used to specify their size.

The product labels are important and we need to keep getting getting better as we add new items. The cost of shipping screws has issues, they are heavy items that do not cost a lot. The relationship between the retail price of the screws and free fright is not easy. We do appreciate your time and effort to let us know where we need to improve.

I notified the company of a minor omission in their product descriptions. Two days later, I received an email telling me the omission had been corrected, and it had been. I know from experience that few companies are this responsive.

We have used Mc Feeleys for years to…
We have used Mc Feeleys for years to get our screws...they offer a quality product and great service! The only thing that is negative is they changed the qty and box, its smaller now. And often are out of stock for a short period of time. They always get our orders out very very quickly!

Good customer service
There was an issue with shipping. It was however found to be a USPS issue. McFeelys still made sure that we were taken care of and even refunded our shipping costs for the inconvenience.

Great McFeely Product
I bought a sampler set of McFeely square-drive screws several years ago and found that they were the best I have ever used. and my go-to fastener. Many times I do not need to drill pilot holes using the square-drives. Ran low on several screw sizes recently, so ordered some refills. Sizes were easy to find online and my order was quickly shipped. Great product and service.
