I ordered three boxes of the same type…
I ordered three boxes of the same type of screw. When I received them one of the boxes was not what I ordered. After calling them to get the problem resolved I realized they do not know the meaning of customer service. It was their mistake but I was told I had to buy another box and pay for the shipping and they would somehow reimburse me for the shipping. When you make a mistake you shouldn't ask the customer to spend more money to help fix what they did.

The order came on time, securely packaged, complete with insurance. But at a premium price. Order was accurate, in an appropriately sized box, so it easily fit in the mail box. Quality of the items, appeared good although I did not have occasion to use them.

Used McFeelys screws for over 20 years. Thousands installed. Never had one break. Washer head screws used on knock down furniture with assembly and reassembly many times and screws are still being reused. Great delivery and great choices
