I love the chair!! I specially love the ‘kneading’ function! One of the negatives is the calf part of the chair squeezes WAY TOO HARD and I don’t know if or how to reduce the pressure.
I have two different massages stored, but I’d like to store a few more. Is that possible?
Again, great chair but I want to reduce the calf pressure.

I researched massage chairs for 4 hours on the internet before reaching out for massage chair consultation. Ryan was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and several I dint know I had. He explained why some chairs cost more and why they are worth it. He pointed my in the direction of chairs tall enough for me at 6 feet 4 inches and that will conform best to my body weight. He worked to come up with solutions that fit my budget, and I am convinced I have made a great purchase. When it came down to two very good options, he recommended the slightly less expensive chair because it was best for my profile and specific needs. I can hardly wait for my new chair to arrive. It was important that we were able to go to a showroom and see the chairs in person rather a blind on line purchase. Company sales representative Bernie Eppa was a pleasure to work with and explained everything to ass is us in our decision.

Ryan helped me so much. Kind and patient. Because of that I shared the great experience with my sister and daughter after they tried my chair. They both purchased from Ryan. No need for chiropractor or massage appointment since I got it. I was able to stay on top of my plantar fasciitis flare ups. I ran a race in state number 50 in March at age 70. I credit my massage chair for that.

I purchased a Sharper Image Axis4D massage chair from the Massage Chair Store and the transaction was excellent. From online order to delivery, the communication was great and the order was received in perfect condition and in a very timely fashion. The unit is awesome and my wife loves it. It is actually helping her with her RA and lymphodema in her leg. Follow up from Bernie and others was unexpected but very welcomed. They all wanted to make sure everything was fine. Very professional group and I will recommend as well as buy again from them (wife is not sharing her chair! lol)

I had been looking at massage chairs for a couple years and doing research. I got to the point to where I was pretty positive what I wanted. I dealt with Ryan for a couple days on the phone asking questions and going over everything. It was the chair I wanted and the price worked for me. The sales process made it easier for me to choose them for my chair. The process was easy. Delivery was fairly quick. There was an issue with the initial delivery, but they quickly fixed the issue within 24 hours and went out of their way to make it quick and easy. It also showed me if I had any issues in the future, they would be right there to assist me. Crystal was excellent in helping me through the problem. Very happy with sales, service and delivery. The chair is the Infinity Imperial Syner-D and I love it. Payments are good. Warranty was good.
