What made the experience unforgettable was the knowledge of the sales person Rick.
Rick was very patient with all the questions I had to make sure that I picked the correct chair.

The other thing was how they took care of my brother when he bought a refurbished chair. I was so impressed with what they did for him. That’s why I bought it from the massage chair store versus a big box store.

I use my chair every day and I have never felt better physically and mentally.

The delivery was on time, the quality of the chair is incredible and the price was very fair. I was impressed they delivered the chair out of state.

I truly believe everyone should own a chair like this.

I have own a massage chair for 10-15 years. Finally decided to invest in a high quality one. Bought a Kyota Kokoro M888 from Infinity. Worth every penny spent. Customer Service has been quick respond and service is prompt and very efficient. Had minor noise problems but were resolved in very short time. Enjoying it the max. Sometimes feel guilty about sitting it too long. In a 20 minute massage constantly puts me to sleep easily. Definite would recommend to all.

I have been under the care of chiropractors for 37 years. It began after an almost fatal car wreck in 1978. But now, I believe those days are over. Since I got my Kyota Yutaka M898 4D Massage Chair from Massage Chair Store, I have been refreshed beyond description and I am able to do things that I haven't done for years. The group as well as the product have performed exactly as we expected. Massage Chair's team walked us through and sent us videos prior to receiving so that we knew what to do when our chair arrived.

It worked great for about 6 months, and then it stopped working one day.

I have been researching massage chairs for almost three months after a visit to a massage chair store while on vacation. I have sat in and tested many different brands of chairs and finally got a chance to test the Infinity chairs at a Costco Road Show event after learning that Infinity also makes the Kyota line of chairs. I very much enjoyed the Infinity chairs so I went to this website and initiated a chat to learn what the differences between the Infinity and Kyota lines were.

Both Richard (chat) and Ryan (call) were extremely helpful and I ended up chatting with Ryan on the phone for almost half an hour. At no point was I pressured to buy and he answered all of my questions with a level of honesty that I've honestly never experienced at any of the massage chair places I've visited. I ended our call to chat with my wife about what I had learned, but even when I was ending our call, there was no pressure to purchase. After speaking with my wife and confirming our massage requirements, I called back, chatted with Ryan for another ten minutes and purchased the Kyota Nokori M980.

I can't say for certain yet how the chair will be, as it will be delivered in 3 weeks, but my experience with MassageChairStore.com was absolutely superb and I will recommend this place to everyone I speak to about massage chairs.
