The salesman Richard was very professional. He was responsible for my selection of the message chair that I ordered.

I absolutely love my Massage Chair. I use it once a day sometimes two times every day. The folks at the Massage Chair Store did a great job of directing me to the correct chair plus I was able to get one of their open box deals and paid a lot less than would have at Costco.

Sales personnel and staff were very helpful in assuring me of delivery times, ease of set up and help if needed. Everything was as promised and I am very satisfied with my Infinity Evolution massage chair. Knowing the company is available should I have questions is important to me.

I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the time I initially purchased the chair, until it was delivered! As soon as I made the purchase I received multiple emails thanking me and a phone call to answer any questions I had. The only draw back is it takes so long to get your chair delivered. However, they made that very clear from the beginning. So it’s not a huge deal. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Very good service in the purchase of our first massage chair. The sales team at the Massage Chair Store were excellent in helping us choose our Kyota Yutaka. I do not have other experiences with massage chairs but this one gives a nice massage and we love it so far. Our chair does squeeze your Achilles heel area too tightly also when the right air bag inflates but we just move our feet up on the rollers to relieve this. Other than that my wife and I put the chair together in about 30 minutes and everything is functioning properly. Definitely seems helpful with sore back muscles and we believe it helps with better sleep at night. My wife loves it !

the salesman was very helpful. Areally nice young man.Iam happy with my chair I use it almost every day,it has helped with my pain. I have been sleeping alot better after setting in chair before bed.

The show room has multiple chairs to demo and I was able to try a few prior to deciding. The delivery company rescheduled once and then didn't know how to put the chair together, but the Chair Store sent someone out a couple days later to assemble the chair properly though. The Chair works great and we are very happy with it so far.

We received our massage chair recently and we have used it almost daily. When we received it we were delighted to see that the chair looked brand new with no signs of wear. We were glad that we had white glove delivery since the chair is very heavy and my husband and I would have had a difficult time trying to carry it into the house let alone setting it up. We did notice that the box the main portion of the chair came in appeared damaged, but the chair itself was undamaged. Also, the leg portion of the chair was not in a box. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap. We are only mentioning this because, if we some reason we had to return the chair we wouldn't want you to say we did not return it properly.
The only question we have is, we were supposed to get an extra mat to use to help reduce the intensity of the back rollers. So far, we have not received this extra mat. Is it still being offerred?
Overall, we definitely think this chair is a great chair and a great value.

Customer support was great from the first phone call to delivery and set up of our chair. The chair was everything as advertised. Great follow up from the company making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re in the market for a massage chair.
