The chair is everything and more than advertised. Had excellent white glove set up and delivery. The Kyota 980 itself is lovely and powerful, glad we bought a high-end model. The Achilles compression is intense so still trying to sort that. Love the abundant programs and the ability to customize. The lights, Bluetooth, and quality of the massage chair is above expectations. Understand the lumbar heat is alongside the lower back but not in the midline where the powerful rollers are working. The foot massage is better than any chair we’ve seen. Calf rollers an added bonus. The staff at Massage Chair Store was immediately available and helpful.

We love our massage chair so much we use it multiple times per day. It's been 2 months and we are just getting to the phase of favorite settings and auto programmed treatments. The chair is top notch. We bought the refurbished model and it came wrapped in plastic as brand new. The savings is worth it. We hope to have many years of daily use.

I never write reviews but this company deserves one. Great customer service. My salesman spent roughly 25 minutes on the phone with me describing different options. He helped me decide and we purchased the one he suggested. Awesome for my family! The company was supposed to send 6 massage guns but forgot to add them to my order. The representative was very nice about it and we had our massage guns within a week. All went as planned from the sales process to the setup. I’ve recommended this company to several of our friends. Great customer service!

Chair arrived as described, such an easy experience from order to white glove delivery. Only issue was shipment arrived a week and a half after I expected it to.

We attempted to purchase a chair through another provider but the delivery personnel they used refused delivery twice because it was on the second floor,(without even trying). I reached out to The Massage Chair Store and the agent, Bernie, made sure there were three delivery persons who had absolutely no problem/difficulty moving the chair. Bernie made the experience, with The Massage Chair Store, wonderful from start to finish and we love our chair.

I really liked dealing with this company. In fact I accidentally pulled up a similar named company on Google and placed my order. I had been in communication with massagechairstore.Com for weeks. When I realized what I had done, I canceled the order and placed it with massagechair.com. The chair was delivered. There was an issue with one of the airbags not being connected in a service technician was sent out and remedy the problem quickly all in all I highly recommend this company and the product. I love the chair. Also, they have great communication and follow up.

Bernie was really great to work with, he was quick with his responses and helped fix a small problem with the chair and under 24 hours after I received it! Very impressive customer service and fair pricing for good value.

1 - Life is too short to fully express how grateful I am for purchasing this massage chair called the Kyota Kokoro M888 4D, backed by the incredible company Infinity. I’ve wanted a massage chair like this my whole life, until one day, I went to 72 Stard Rd, Seabrook, NH 03874, to see and try out some of the chairs they have. I definitely chose this one because of the price, quality, and comfort. The showroom manager, Bernard Appa, attended to me in such a special, professional, and friendly manner that it felt like we had known each other for 100 years.

I was able to get the chair without a single dollar down by applying with the financing company Affirm, and now I’ll be making comfortable monthly payments. So there are no excuses to say, “I can’t buy it” because the financing is flexible to fit your needs.

I bought the chair as a birthday gift for my wife, and they delivered it on her birthday. She and my 13-year-old daughter are incredibly happy and comfortable with all the massage options that this Kyota Kokoro M888 chair offers.
