He was friendly and more than accomodating to help us select a chair.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the chairs and allowed us much time to experience each chair and offered helpful suggestions as to the best one for us.We bought a Kyoto chair that is FABULOUS.

I am very happy with my message chair purchase. The product was delivered on time, was relatively easy to assemble and works great. The people I worked with at the company were exceptional. I enjoy being able to get a message whenever I feel like one. The sleep mode is extremely relaxing. I am thoroughly enjoying the chair and would recommend it to anybody.

I worried about all the things that could go wrong including white glove service. Everything went better than expected. I bought the New York Times recommended unit as everyone else. The store upgraded me to M780 when they ran out of the M380. I use the chair almost everyday. It changed my golfing life. Highly recommend it.

First... the chair is wonderful. Great chair, tons of options and worth every cent! Second- the service from Message Chair Store was excellent... from the white glove service delivery to the communication from Bernie! Everything was exactly as planned and no surprises. We ordered our chair late at night right before Christmas, it was white and delivered less than 10 days later. The gentleman who helped me and answered late made sure I received our promotion. Good company to buy from.

Customer service was really great. We don’t care for the massage chair do to it being a tight fit. Also the air bags squeeze your ankles way too hard actually cause severe pain. It may be a good chair for a smaller person

The salesman was great, the delivery not so much. The sales folks were very patient, while I struggled between 2 chairs. Once I purchased and set up delivery, I have not needed to contact them again.

The delivery was a different story. 3 men showed up to carry the 600lb chair. One weighed 100 lbs, if that. They did not have a hand truck or anything to get it from the trucklift into the house. They used my hand truck, which I am positive was not rated for that weight. Once they were at the door to get it into the room, it took them 20 minutes to figure out how to make the turn without removing the doorframe. And this was prior to it being assembled. The 100 lb guy hurt his back, and spent the remainder of the time lying on the floor. The other 2 emptied the bag of screws onto the floor and began attaching the arms. They were nearly done when one said, "we used the wrong screws. These screws are to long, they are for the footrest."

I have used the chair nearly every day with no problems. Fingers crossed its put together correctly.

There are no weird noises, but it is not a quiet chair. The air compressors are noisy and the ball rollers are very loud. I have to wear extra thick socks because the foot roller pressure is just too hard and there's no way to adjust it. The padding between your sole and the ball roller is very thin. I'm also not a big fan of the air bag compression. It's like being in a giant BP cuff. You are not falling asleep in this chair. It is not as good of a massage chair as the one at my pedicure salon. If it lasts, I will use it and, in a few years, sell it and buy of those.
